Yesterday Iran threatened to pull out of IAEA, and today this new additional enrichment plants announcement. The fact is that Iran has no idea what it is doing and is unable to enrich uranium because of incompetence and sabotage. My educated guess is that Iran will not withdraw from anything because it provides convenient cover for their illegal activities and murderous intentions. The threat is another bluff in the way Iran negotiates to gain time for producing enriched uranium that is already way behind schedule because of incompetence and Russian delays in providing final technical information and equipment.

IAEA under pressure is violating Iran's right to have a nuclear program, which happens to be the most heavily monitored and inspected in the world, by constantly coming up with trumped up charges that Iran announcing that Iran has violated its treaty obligations. It is well withing Iran's NPT rights to "announce" way in advance that it intends to build LEU processing plants. I challenge ynet or anyone to prove this is a treaty violation on Iran's part.
