to where all the money goes? I can have some idea, I think human rights messed once again since they give excuses and not dealing with the phenomena.
2. Oh well
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (12.10.09)
The Palestinians in Gaza wanted autonomy, and got it. They held elections and voted Hamas into power. Now their lives are miserable because of autonomy and because of Hamas and they go to extraordinary lengths to escape into Israel. There is just no pleasing some people. Tough. The Palestinians made their bed; now they have to lie in it. No pity here, sorry. Gaza has been the recipient of extraordinary cash sums in international aid. If Hamas' "leadership" uses that aid to purchase weapons and to line their own pockets, how is that Israel's fault? Let the Gazans clean their own house. I'm sure they are tired of Hamas so-called "leadership," and I am sure they are tired of being used as human shields. That wouldn't be Israel's fault, either. The Gazans put Hamas into power; only they can change that.
3. if only their leaders would give up terror
Suzanne   (12.10.09)
and start making Gaza as a peaceful tourist resort...
4. i wonder...
adir ,   israel   (12.10.09)

5. Is Israel winning the war against Hamas ?
Ron B. ,   Lod   (12.10.09)
There should be no truce with Hamas and the pressure should remain heavy. The actual situation is in favor of Israel. The only possibility to the inhabitant of Gaza should be the free choice to emigrat to other Arab countries (most of these countries are not very populated and can easily integrate them). The time has come for these people to stop with politics and terrorism and search for a solution for their families based on well-being and peace. Most of the inhabitans of Gaza hope for this solution as explained at : http://xrl.us/bjg97
6. IF ISRAEL IS SO BAD... WHY DON'T THEY GO TO SOME EU COUNTRY
stude ham   (12.10.09)
where they will be welcomed with open arms? and why do they have to flee the golden medina of gaza?
7. so, what other illness they have to fake to flee the blockad

8. #4&6 Why keep them in a cage?
Raphael ,   Netanya   (12.10.09)
Gaza is said to be an open sky prison, who are the jailors? Seems to be Hamas. So why not suggest to the humanrightniks to ease evasions? e.g. giving the Gaza Arabs transit visas through Lod plus a free one way ride to places where they will be greeted with enthusiasm: Sweden, Bissau Guinea, a stronghold of PLO, Venezuela, the 3 borders area in South America, where Lebanese-Pali mafia are ruling out the paraguayan, argentinian and brazilian governments.
9. Glad the HR groups finally acknowledge this
(12.10.09)
Israel has been saying this for years - that "palestinians" are faking health issues in order to either escape into Israel to work or to carry out terrorist activities. It does foul up the system for those who really need healthcare, as it does for those who really want to study or work when students/workers carry out terror attacks.
10. The Faking of Cancer by the Gazans who??
James ,   ISRAEL   (12.10.09)
You see dear friends, how badly the Gazans are treated and are resorting in this way,to escape from the THUGS who rule over them? No surprise, for we have known that many are sick of having to lead such Islamist stricked wayof life.Anything is better it seems,so long they ESCAPE. Converesely,we cannot afford the influx of them under the circumstances. We'll see how long this latest will last.. p/s I jumped in,have not as yet read any responses. Will see what the others have to say now.
