31. #17 - When did Israel use a WMD on anyone?
William ,   Israel   (12.11.09)
Even if Israel had WMDs (which there is no proof, just conjecture) wouldn't they have used them during critical moments in the State's survival? Go ahead and consider the IDF "cowards" from Leb war 2006....yet, the North is very quiet, there are 15000 foreigners patrolling their country, and Nasrallah, though loud and defiant, hasn't stepped out of line in 3 years. I wish them many more victories like this.
32. #20 - Where's Hizbullah's "Winograd report"?
William ,   Israel   (12.11.09)
You won't find one because non-transparent terrorist groups thrive on rumors and manipulation. To this day, Nasrallah will still deny that over 1000 terrorists were killed or captured by the IDF, insisting everyone was a civilian. Your post does reflect the illogical thinking of the Arab world. If Arabs have nukes, then they can command whatever they want. Well, that's good enough reason for the world to work hard to stop Iran's ambitions (which you also claim is just for peace). I will give you this - Syria is dumb enough to threaten to use nukes to get the Golan back, at which time Israel will again launch a 1967-style preemptive attack wiping out Syria's military. Then as Iran, Hizbullah move in to help, the G8 and NATO will jump in quickly to stop the potential use of ANY nuke devices that could hurt the entire world. I know - the Arab line of thinking is this - "even if I kill everyone on the Golan and make it unusable for 10,000 years, I still get it back. I win". It was also that line of thinking that caused the Arab loss in 5 wars. Best to try another tactic this time.
33. #20 I thought Iran's nukes are for 'peaceful' purpose?
Tahl ,   Ashdod, Israel   (12.11.09)
So you're admitting now that Iran is striving to get nuclear warheads. Or in other words, you're admitting that Iran lies to the world. Still, even if that's the case, I'm afraid Iran couldn't even threaten Israel with their nukes, since it supposedly doesn't have them...
34. Syria admits democracy is a provocation
Great White North ,   Canada   (12.12.09)
Syria admits democracy is a provocation to Islam.
35. Did not Iran just successfully complete...
Malone ,   Hfx   (12.12.09)
...a simulated nuclear warhead test in a lab? Why would they do that if they're only interested in nuclear energy for peaceful purposes?

Some bleaters still believe that allthey need is to be shown love,or a hug,or flowers...where do they come from?
37. Israel success by spliting and defeating only part at a time
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (12.12.09)
Israel's success is largely due to fighting only part of their enemies at once while delaying the rest. By keeping their enemies fighting each other most the time, Israel has had time to become strong. The biggest long term problem for Israel maybe if Iran and Iraq join forces and worst if they can get Egypt or Saudi Arabia to join in some form. Cairo along has about 20M people while Israel is about 7.3M(5.5M Jews). Israel must stay ahead in military technology for a ground war of attrition would be dangerous.
38. The U N wants Israel to return the Golen Heights RIGHT ???
M. S. ,   mpls america   (12.13.09)
I realize that the Arabs like Syria have more support from world wide organizations like the U N and so the E U that support a return of the Golen Heights to Syria deal but I realize Israel is a fool to even negociate Syria is worse than Hamas wants only the destruction of Israel but is too cowardly to try to do it by military means which is why it has Hizbulah Hamas the P A to fights its own battles for them Syria Is probably the bigest coward in the entire world B C bigest coward A D Arabs don't fight Israel common knowledge even in America thus Assad needs Obama to totaly support him which Obama does RIGHT ??? Thank You... M. S.
