1. This Guy is funny!
Raed ,   Jerusalem, Palestine   (12.17.09)
isn't this the same guy that said peace will never be with the Palestinians, since israel will never give back what they have taken. come to the negotiations table to do what exactly? give the Palestinians the run around while the world thinks israel is sincerely interested in peace? only thing israel is sincere about is the export of 4.5 million Palestinians their homes.
2. They already said NO! NO is NO. Build, Build, Build, Build.

4. To Raed: Iran Threatens US with Extinction, A Mistake
Dav Lev ,   Burbank CAUSA   (12.17.09)
To Raed: I am ready to go and fight for my Jewish brethren in Israel ( Western Palestine). There are millions of US who are sick and tired of Abbas's threats.we are getting impatient with wishing for Abbas to talk, engage, use diplomacy. Israel's offer is sui generous. A mistake. Abbas now demands 67 borders, as if there were no wars in between. Again, the Arab mindset fails them. Why Israel is offering them anything is beyond me, given the history? 1m Jews are eager to fight with our brethren.if asked. We have the skills, from WW2, Vietnam, Korea, Iraq and Afghanistan. Jewish marines, army and navy are packing their bags. Never again will we allow a Hitler (Abbas, Assad, Ahmad). We are determined pal. We have Hashem.

7. There are no Palestinians
Ran   (12.18.09)
enjoy your fantasy world... a world of Palestinians, peace partners, fake wars destroying only empty buildings, Barak, Olmert, Livni, and now also Bibi...
8. Israel has nothing to talk to "Palestinians" about.
Chaim ,   Israel   (12.18.09)
#1 Raed actually unintentionally, made a good point. Israel has nothing to talk to "Palestinians" about. "Palestinians" have nothing whatsoever to offer Israel. Their only goal is to take from Israel. And take everything. What do "Palestinians" offer us: an eigtht mile waist, losing Jerusalem, losing our heartland, bringing all our cities and towns within range of terror rockets, mass terror... Unless we want these terrible things, there is nothing "Palestinians" have to offer Israel. We need to reclaim our sole, tiny Homeland and compensate many Arabs to leave.
9. Lev, if god is on ur side who's on our's?
Raed ,   Palestine   (12.18.09)
Hamas says god wants all palestine for Muslims Iran says god is on there side too So do ur crazy settlers Take a step back, read some history about the wars in this god forsaken land you'll see that what god is whispering in your little heads is the problem not the answer
10. Israel's FM is a world laughingstock...
BBSNews ,   Charlotte, NC   (12.18.09)
11. Liebermann
Dr.M.Izbicki ,   Jerusalem-Israel   (12.18.09)
Did the PA every say clearly that it recognizes a two State solution with Israel as JEWISH state?
12. The Two States solution has reduced the prospects for peace.
Ron B. ,   Lod   (12.18.09)
The Two States solution is based on a series of erroneous assumptions, ignoring documented precedents, and therefore constituting an erroneous policy. "Israel and Palestine living side-by-side in peace," while the PLO and Hamas have been engaged in a horrific civil war, while there has not been inter-Arab peace during the last 1,400 years, while there has not been inter-Arab compliance with most inter-Arab agreements during the last 1,400 years, while there has not been a single Arab democracy during the last 1,400 years??? The Two States solution has exacerbated regional turbulence, has fueled terrorism, has promoted war and has reduced the prospects for peace, thus undermining the national security of both the US and Israel. 13. Lieberman is a wonderful man.
Bill Kandy ,   North Carolina USA   (12.18.09)
14. Dear Raed, Mo, Mahmoud, etc.
Shaul R ,   USA/Australia   (12.18.09)
You can only thank your leadership profusely for the position Israel is being forced to take. The intentions of the original Zionists was to live in harmony side by side with our Arab brethren, to share the wealth and knowledge, and build together a truly glorious place for all nations of the Middle East. Thanks to the British foreign service and the Arab fascist leaders, such as Hajj Hosseini, the relationship was greatly poisoned from the outset. Throughout its existence, Israel has never been viewed with anything other than hatred by the Arabs. The numerous olive branches have been invariably met by Arab obstinacy and hostility. Every concession has been met with Arab demands for more concessions, rather than good will. Netanyahu has put his political survival at risk, forced hardship on thousands of Israeli families, and a risk of ruin on many construction companies, by offering the construction moratorium in Judea and Samaria. Response? Abbas's demand that Israel concedes to accept its 1948 armistice borders, along with surrendering Jerusalem Old City as a PRE-CONDITION for negotiations. If Israel (G-d forbid) accepts that, what will be the next demand? Acceptance of all the Pal refugees (including the ones from the HASHEMITE Jordan - that is 78% of designated Jewish homeland, ethnically cleansed of Jews, where a foreign king is ruling over millions of your fellow Palestinian Arabs - how is it that THAT doesn't make your blood boil?) Now, finally, a politician in Israel (an immensely popular one) is stating what has been on everyone's mind: ENOUGH ONE-SIDED CONCESSIONS! We will not cut off our foot up to our neck to get Abbas to come down from his high horse and talk to us. Really, guys, what do you expect? Your leadership has failed you, as are the other Arab nations (check to see how much of the UNHRW budget comes from the Arab countries, all their sympathetic noises and oil wealth notwithstanding) You can continue to insult Jews, Israel, Lieberman, or whoever sparks your ire at the moment, but what good will that do? You would be better served by demanding that your leadership pursues PEACE. Force PLO and Hamas to renounce their genocidal charters. Start Peace NOW - Arab chapter. Protest the violence. See more than the crude, vile stereotypes that you are being taught. You will see the difference right away, I guarantee that. Peace and respect.
15. PALESTINIANS NEED A NEW LEADER. mashaal & abbas failed

16. To #1
Josh ,   Montreal, Canada   (12.18.09)
i guess u didn't know this but the number of Palestinians that were apparently expelled were 750,000(UN number), even pro Palestinians supporters like Noam Chomsky admits that Right of Return is not feasable, and that the offer that was presented at camp David is the most that Israel can offer. the negotiations will revolve around the future status of Jerusalem, surely u can accept some sort of agreement amongst them, 2 state solution with one capital idea, or somewhere around that idea.
17. to #5
Josh ,   montreal, Canada   (12.18.09)
i think your referring to the Oslo Accords, and about how Israel continued to build settlements and so on, u should understand that there was no mention of settlement activity in the Oslo accords, or Right of Return for that matter, the move was a desperate attempt by Arafat to maintain control over the Palestinians, since the PLO lost funding from the arab world for there support for Iraq in the Gulf War, and Palestinians were growing more and more impatient with them, and it was clear if something didn't happen the PLO would have become a bankrupted, irrelevent part of Palestine, so Oslo happened
18. not true, but kinda is,
Josh ,   montreal, Canada   (12.18.09)
i think he was refferring to the settlement blocks in Palestine and how they demanded all the jews leave them, he was trying to say that if the jews must leave under Palestinian order, then an exchange for citizens is in order, i understand thats still a slap in the face, but then again you guys flying hezbollah's flag during the 34 day war was an even bigger one
19. #15 ur absolutley right
Josh ,   montreal, Canada   (12.18.09)
the PLO(PA) has been only using this conflict as a means for power, without this conflict with Israel, Palestinians might stop looking at the problems accross the street and start noticing problems in there homes. Hamas is no different they put foreign interests ahead of there own people, and have become prostitutes to the Iranian regime. and Israel continues to use this to there advantage, because as long as neither party is fit to run a nation, they will not have to worry about a Palestinian state, Israel could easily support a party that would look out for the best interest of the Palestinians, but that wouldn't mean the best interest for Israeli's though, so we continue to drive around in circles with this issue
