Just another PR job , but basically it wont work. The more you tell teenagers they are not allowed it the more they are going to want it. They can easily find away around this. Its all very well introducing more laws but unless you have the police to back it up then its not worth its ink on the paper its printed.

Years ago, it was just the "volunteers" & foreign teens that drank and Israelis did not look at that favorably. Now teenagers from the abroad want to come to Israel to drink. I’m not referring to an occasional drink, but excessive drinking. Seems like drinking in Israel is becoming the norm & has damaging effects on every aspect of life from performance, edu, productivity, reputation, security & more. As a nation we must get back on track in many aspects but alcohol glorification is a major aspect that MUST change ASAP.

to get drink without buying them, one is to get to the liquor closet of the parents been there done that, and there r other ways. dumb law than ever, this is just an excuse not to invest money in education. don't fall for that.

Israel creeps closer than ever to adopting Iranian ways. Nanny State decides what is best for its citizens. There are 15 to 17 year olds in Israel who haven't drunk alcohol? Part of Jewish life for thousands of years and they know not of it? Good grief, what is wrong with Israeli youth???!!!
