I heartened to see that the Palestinians have learned that the proper way to obtain justice for their people is through the courts and not with violence, and so I sincerely hope that the world community will allow justice to run its course rather than turn a blind eye to the rule of law and force a return to violence.

I agree with Johan Odin that the Palestinian struggle is much more effective when it focuses on the violations by the State of Israel of the human rights of the Palestinians and the war crimes that have been committed against the Palestinian people. This will help sympathetic lawyers in the West to issue arrest warrants for suspected Israeli war criminals and will help to educate the public about the legal foundation of the injustices committed against the Palestinians. Court judges will judge every case based on the quality of the evidence it contains. If the Israeli army or government can bring evidence, so can Hamas or any human rights group. Again, judges in Europe are less likely to be prejudiced and are more likely to have an open mind. They will judge evidence on its degree of hardness. I hope that the Palestinians and the human rights organizations will get the opportunity to reveal how discriminatory Israeli legislation against Palestinians is.
