ghostq   (12.27.09)
lefties alert is coming your way, I think there is no need for tear gaz like in the other left winger violent demonstrations, just take their water. they will go away.
3. What's the problem?Let them into Gaza but don't let them out

4. Many people support this peace march!
Ben Alofs ,   Bangor, UK   (12.27.09)
There are many more people all over the world who support the peace march to Gaza. The continuing blockade against the Palestinian people of Gaza is in itself a war crime, which not only shames the State of Israel, but also the world community for doing nothing to end it.
5. to #4 so r the rockets on innocent civilians.
ghostq   (12.27.09)
in sderot. and the sucide bombing which Hamas excecuted in the 90's, can you march for them? no? I reckon you forgot about the sucide bombings. and you r willing to forget the dead(hint back than there was no siege on Gaza).
6. Not peace activists
Serge ,   Antwerp, Belgium   (12.27.09)
These so called peace activists are in fact pro palestinian activists. These people are not seeking peace, they are seeking to help palestinians, which is not the same. There is no single "peace activist" who recognises israeli's human rights. Have you ever seen a peace activists' demonstration against qassams ? have you ever seen a peace activist promoting a Red Cross visit to Gilad Shalit ?
7. Gaza has an official closed border
JO   (12.27.09)
and lives of 80% western aid as it has done for decades. When Gazans want peace( no brutally killing their fellow opposition in coups) they can then be trusted to show it and maybe the official border will change.. until then, they are a danger to both Israel and Egypt so let us have a border and no contact. The Palestinians have yet to solve their internal dilemmas and Gaza showed us just how much peace and state building will look like.
8. Most residents of the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip wish to emigrat
Ron B. ,   Lod   (12.27.09)
A Palestinian poll released This month showed that most residents of the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip wish to emigrate, compared to 25 percent in the West Bank. According to the poll, 74 percent of Gazans support continuing the cease-fire between Israel and Hamas in the Strip. The poll showed that 64 percent believe the Western-backed Abbas’ term should end now. Only 24 percent believe he has another year. The poll was released by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research. Pollsters surveyed 1270 Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza. The margin of error was 3 percentage points. The time has come for these people to stop with politics and terrorism and search for a solution for their families based on well-being and peace. Most of the inhabitans of Gaza hope for this solution as explained at : http://xrl.us/bjg97
9. Why don't try to help the people in Teheran first!
Umm El Kul Naqba   (12.28.09)
If you want to protest brutality, then why don't you start in Teheran and see what Ahmadinejad's "SAVAK' are doing to their own people! In fact we should be providing them with parachutes and droppint them into Iran and let him deal with these trouble makers.
