1. No problem, Fayyad. There is already such a state
Genuine Tosefta ,   Tveria   (01.03.10)
Arbia is waiting with open arms for you to come back. You can leave all illegal Arb settlements in Israel and everywhere else in the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and have the right of return to your Pedophile Ancestor's land. There you will find that there are not only villages of Jews, Christians, Buddhists and Hindus missing, but also there are no Jews, Christians, Buddhists and Hindus, Period. This will make you very happy. Move there tomorrow and I promise to pack your belongings for free.
2. No problem
Tahl ,   Ashdod, Israel   (01.03.10)
The future Palestinian state would be free of any Jewish settlements, which would either be annexed to Israel (in case of borderline settlements) or its residents relocate to Israel (in case of remote settlements). Likewise, the future Israel would be free of any borderline Arab town such as Umm El Fahm, Baka El Gharbiyeh, Tayibeh, Tira, etc. which would be annexed to the Palestinian state, in exchange for the Jewish settlements Israel annexed. This solution would ensure against dilution of the Jewish majority in Israel.
3. No problem, but only if all Arabs leave Israel
(01.04.10)
4. #1 and #3
Ollie ,   Canada   (01.04.10)
Tosefta and #3 (afraid to leave his name): both of you are sad. People who think as you do have no real interest in a just solution for both parties-hopefully you are in the minority.
5. More Arab lies
Frank ,   Canada   (01.04.10)
Abu Mazen want the removal of the settlements but he does not even mention the word peace.
6. No. 4 Ollie
NYC Girl   (01.04.10)
Oh, really? Are you aware of the fact that, according to their charters, both Hamas and Fatah believe that a "just solution" would be a Middle East without Israel? It's time to start putting the blame where it really belongs.
7. #4 This ia a very just and humane solution
Genuine Tosefta ,   Tveria   (01.04.10)
Why should Arbs have 22 States? It is very unjust and inhumane to Berbers in the Maghreb, Blacks in Darfur, Copts of Egypt, Kurds, Chaldeans, Syriacs, Asyriacs, Druzee, Saharawis, Blacks of Mauritania, Carthaginians, Tuares to have not one country to call their own and their ancestral lands to be illegally occupied by Arb invaders. Returning all destructive Arbs to Arbia devoid of other peoples, will provide justice and create Peace in the entire Middle East and the world. So Ollie Mollie what else you want to know about the Middle East?
8. to Ollie (no. 4)
Ofri ,   Kfar Saba, Israel   (01.04.10)
why do you think these people have no interest in a solution? They actually said something very reasonable: If the palestinians want a country with no jews, we would like the same - let the aRabs in Israel move to the future palestinian country. And who are YOU to judge them?? You don't live in Israel... hypocrite. And yes - they are the majority in Israel.
9. We need NATO and the UN in Israel
Jerrold Cohen ,   Seal Beach, USA   (01.04.10)
We need US, UN, and NATO troops in Israel in great abundance to make the peace. Their first job would be to toss every settler out of the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Their next job would be to tear down the Wall. Their next job would be to declare a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders. Their next job would be to clean out the nukes from Israel. Israel is dangerous. And last, they would insure that Israelis and Palestinians were allotted equal amounts of water per person. And they stay until Israel gets it: this is the permanent 2-state solution. Haha, you laugh. That is precisely why we need this solution. Israel by its actions has shown clearly that it wants all the land, not peace. 62 years is enough.
10. Arabs Good At Wastelands
emanon ,   USA   (01.04.10)
If you are talking about the Jews already living in Israel, they are not settlers, they are residents. The arabs, on the other hand, are good a destroying and not rebuilding. Just look what they did to Gaza in what used to be Israel. No, if the arabs get anymore land, they will tear down any buildings left behind, then cry they are left to live in slums. It is the arab way: destroy everything. Look at what the Jews did after they BOUGHT the land in the early part of the Twentieth Century: they built, made the land bloom and created cities. This building and creating livable cities from barren land is why the Jews are not settlers, they are RESIDENTS: the bought the land, worked the land and built on the land.
11. Ollie, just solution for both parties is impossible.
Arthur ,   SF, CA   (01.04.10)
The only just solution is the premise upon which any Jew can live in the Land. That is the JUSTICE OF ALLMIGHTY. Arabs can repatriate to Arabia anytime they wish - the sooner - the better
12. great. take arabs with you and its a deala
ralph   (01.04.10)
13. In other words:
Yossi ,   Israel   (01.04.10)
He wants a Judenrein state.
14. Palestinian State free of Jews & Jewish state free of Arabs!
(01.04.10)
The Palestinians have just called for TRANSFER! When do we start?
15. Palestinians' call to transfer Jews is racist!
(01.04.10)
Now I want to see the hysterical Left and B'tselem fight against it! If they don't, they're just a bunch of hypocrites (which is not really a new thing).
16. #4 For somebody coming from a country of rapists...
(01.04.10)
...you are giving an awful lot of advice! First, give back all the Canadian lands to the original inhabitants - the Innuits - and then come here and preach to us about "just solutions". Until you do that, shut your box and hide back in that hole in the ice, where racists like yourself should belong.
17. to Ollie
Yosef ,   Jerusalem, ISRAEL   (01.04.10)
Is that why you live in Canada so you can pass judgement on things you don't understand?
18. Obama regards “settlements” as a critical obstacle to peace…
Ron B. ,   Lod   (01.04.10)
Article 6 of the Mandate indicates the right of Jews to settle in Judea and Samaria. Judge Stephen M. Schwebel, former President of the International Court of Justice, determined that Israel’s presence in Judea and Samaria was rooted in self-defense and therefore did not constitute “occupation.” Eugene Rostow, former Dean of Yale Law School and former Undersecretary of State and co-author of UN Security Council Resolution 242, asserted that 242 entitles Jews to settle in Judea and Samaria. The Oslo Accord and its derivatives do not prohibit “settlements.” Moreover, Israel has constrained construction to state-owned – and not private – land, avoiding expulsion of Arabs landowners. But, Obama regards “settlements” as a critical obstacle to peace…. More at : http://xrl.us/bewv9i
19. The word is "Judenrein"
Roscio ,   Rome, Italy   (01.04.10)
The Nazis' term for "cleansed of Jews" after total genocide. This is the goal of the so-called "moderate" terrorists Abbas and Fayad. Userful idiots, the fascistic leftists like the poster from Canada, think it is fine and liberal for the Arabs to want a total ethnic and religious "cleansing" of their turf, while anything that Jews do, including protecting the lives of their children, is racist. This double standard cannot stand. Fayad is a billionaire, thanks to all the money he has stolen from his own people - if he never wants to see Jews again, he can easily afford to move to Saudi Arabia or Libya.
20. Actually Jamal Khalil #9 you need them in Florida
Genuine Tosefta ,   Tveria   (01.04.10)
to remove all white and Islamic settlements there and return the land to Seminoles
21. And the Sunday people too
Fritjof Lilienhammer ,   Copenhagen, Denmark   (01.04.10)
'... and after the Saturday people, the Sunday people' as Grafitti in Nazareth said.
22. Man of La Mancha: To dream the impossible dream.............
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (01.04.10)
23. Jerrold Cohen, the son of Russian Jews,
Robert Haymond ,   Ashdod, Israel   (01.04.10)
is the epitome of what we refer to as a "self-hating" Jew. His book on Israeli terrorism is a superficial, unresearched and inexpert. It is self-published. He writes that he is a (retired) healthcare worker but was unable to identify the part played by PTSD by the constant missile launches and rockets against southern Israel by Hamas. One has to question his (lack of) intelligence as well as his problematic psychological functioning. At any rate, Readers may google him at their leisure.
24. Another Misleading Headline from YNET?
Nour ,   Palestine   (01.04.10)
Nowhere did Dr. Salam Fayyad ever suggest the ludicrous idea of cleansing Jews out of the West Bank. It is preposterous and outrageous that Ynet continues to publish lies!!! Fayyad said repeatedly the settlements would either be evacuated (if built after the Oslo accords) or if Israel gives them up, OR their inhabitants naturalized and their town given official status. PLEASE Get your facts right. Stop with your incitement, you'r only setting the bigoted racists here ablaze. And to the bozos suggesting Palestinians "move" to Arabia, Haha, good one. In your wildest dreams.
25. another political reversal
zionist forever   (01.04.10)
Not long ago Fayed was saying that settlements can stay as part of the philistine state and as philistine citizens. Now its back to the old policy of a jew free philistine state. As for Egypts plan of the creation of a state within a set time frame thats a model for failure. If oslo had been we talk as long as it takes, accept there will be times when things stall but we just take our time over it. That would have allowed trust to develop and given plenty of time for difficult issues. The problem is its constantly been deadline based. You can create an entity within a deadline but you can't be enemies on Sunday and Monday your going to be good friends and expect that your never going to go to war again.
26. kind of like a genocidal palestinian john lennon
mike ,   israel (formerly usa   (01.04.10)
"imagine there's no israel, no israeli's too, no jewish trace in jerusalem, we know what to do..." ridiculous.
27. 'state free of settlements' =
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (01.04.10)
"state free of Jews" - that's what the Arabs really mean. The Arabs want to rid the Land of Israel of Jews. Now isn't that nice? Now, how would that sould if some group said "America free of Blacks?" What would Mr. Obama say to that?
28. People under occupation...
Janice Cohen ,   Jerusalem Israel   (01.04.10)
cannot dictate terms.
29. #23 I'll bet the clothes on my back you didnt' read his book
Nour ,   Palestine   (01.04.10)
30. About reading Cohen's book, Nour:
Robert Haymond ,   Ashdod, Israel   (01.04.10)
Can you ever write anything without grandstanding? Can you ever actually offer an explanation? But you never do that, Noor. You're what's called a phoney intellectual who makes assertions and castigations without any backing. And you can read parts of Cohen's book, incidentally, on the internet. Have you read it? I don't think so. I think you owe me the clothes on your back, Noor, not that you'd ever keep your word.
