Then a second breach of the truce by Israel doesn't need leaflets; it needs condemnation by the free world. Arabs started only one war, in 1973, and were victorious then. The Jews won only one war, in 1967, because they perfidiously attacked without declaring the war. Do leaflets substitute declaration of war?
