Shabbat have more favor from Y'hovah even if only in peace of mind than those who don't obey the Shabbat.. The Torah says a sign of a follower of Y'hovah is remembering to obey the Shabbat. Rabbi Yeshua said it is lawful on the Shabbat to do good. But those who can rest from their labors on the Shabbat should do so as a blessing for those who have to work in hospitals or the military, etc. It is good for the Chief Rabbis to encourage remembering the Shabbat to keep it holy. He jokes around and him calling someone a name is no different than Larry David or Don Imus doing so. They do it for laughs, not to be taken literally. Those seculars that have a stick up their rear need to just relax a little. Listen to his sermons from beginning to end (they are on the net) and youll see the context these things are spoken in. I came across this bit of apocrypha in a better rendition in "Azure" magazine, and actually used it in a lecture I gave years ago. But there's a lot that Yosef obviously misses in this story.
