3. Israel Looking For Excuse To Kill Gazians Again
World Citizen ,   the world   (01.10.10)
Israel is slowly starving the Palestinian people of Gaza death. Today I read that Gazians waiting for cornea transplants on the West Bank were denied entry and the corneas went to waste because they deteriorate very quickly. With your Egyptian ally, the 85 year Mubarik, you have made Gaza into a concentration camp of slow death and misery. Surely if there is a G_d in heaven he is looking down on Israel with shame and anger. The whole civilized world has come to know you for what you really are and they are reacting with revulsion. Your leaders and soldiers will become prisoners in your Jewish paradise. Your tourists shunned and despised. Righteous American Jews will distance themselves from your evil and in the end the nation of Israeli will reap a bitter harvest. You will deserve your fate.

What you're really saying is that Israel has no right to defend itself against the rockets and missiles launched by its enemies whose charters priorize the complete extinction of Israel and its respective Jewish citizens. What you want is for us Jews to go back to being the victims we once were in Europe. Then you would take pity us. Sorry, this is never never going to happen again. As to the international community, they are all beginning to wake up to the enormity of Islamofascism and terroism and are turning to Israel for help in recognizing who these terrorists and organizations are and how they can be stopped. Have you read or heard about airport security lately? Your posts are becoming outdated and, as always, tiresome.

Feel better now after your ranting & raving? Gaza asked for the IDF retaliation by bombing southern Israel for more than 3 days. Do you expect Israel to turn a blind eye to these quasams? Gazans are NOT starving.

the european union just upgraded its trade ties with israel and israeli standing to get into the european union in the year 2012...and israel will get in. the eu is working on it now. exports and imports from both european countries and america is booming in israel and more and more people are investing in its technologies from around the world. many countries in africa, some in south america, greece, balkas and former russian provinces rich in oil and gas have recently signed trade agreements with israel after peres trips there. last year saw the biggest tourist boom in israel in decades from both chrittians and budhist and american and european tourists. the tourist trtade is booming in israel. the leaders and soldiers have not been arrested because england, as most countries now refuse to accept the palestinian law suits and arrest warrants in court. if israelis can;t go, then surely others will come to israel. most law suits have been tossed out of court and it seems that the goldstone report is doomed to fail as well. righteous americans, including jews stand at, the latest polls, 89% in support of israel. yes, there are fringe groups of jews who oppose, but most if not all jews in america, including those of not the jewish faith, support israel at 89% so far and in fact want the bombing of iranian nuclear sites at 78%. there will not be an end to israel. it is too powerful, too connected and people around the world are beginnnig to ask israel for advice on how to secure their countries from evil and islamic terror just like you. israel will never end. it will go from one progress to another. but what would end is the arab violence. the world is waking up, sir. make note of it. hameed aboughaze, iranian

Starving? A huge percentage of Gaza's population is classified as "obese;" where do you get "starving" from? No shame or anger with respect to Israel's defense of its population and its borders. Terrorist acts carried out by Hamas against Israel are bound to elicit a swift Israeli response, so why do these terrorists persist? Are they so stupid that they haven't figured it out? Reap a bitter harvest, eh? So far, the Arabs have lost all six of their military escapades against Israel and the Palestinians are fragmented and sinking deeper and deeper into the mire of their own creation. The Palestinian so-called "leadership" has used the billions of dollars and billions of euros in aid to build lavish second and third homes in Europe and to pad already hefty foreign bank accounts. The world is quite tired of Palestinian weeping and moaning, not to mention their three-times rejected opportunities for a two-state solution. Support for Israel is on the increase in Europe, and has always been strong in North America. Israel is forging better and better ties in the Far East while the Arab world becomes increasingly fragmented. Support for Palestinians is disintegrating. It is the Palestinians who have sown the wind and now must reap the whirlwind. It will be a bitter harvest indeed, but it is a fate which the Palestinians richly deserve. Tick tock.
11. #3 World apologist for terror
Cynthia ,   USA   (01.10.10)
The Palestinians are obviously not starving. They give birth to large families demonstrating no concern over a food or water shortage. They can also grow their own food which Israel could assist them with if they participated in economic cooperation with Israel. By now, Palestinians should have their own medical facilities, even for specialized treatment such as cornea transplant. Instead, their leadership spends their money on terror, not services to benefit the Palestinian people. Still, Israel provides this treatment but permits take time to obtain and terror caused by Palestinians has created additional barriers and bureaucratic steps. You bite the hand that feeds you and eventually the hand stops extending itself. Showing retraint toward Palestinian terror only jeopardized security for Israel. This immediate response to kassam and bomb attacks is more effective.

13. #12 Arab Jews suffer in Israel
observer   (01.10.10)
Mizrahim (Arab Jews) had lived in North Africa and the Middle East for millennia, and the vast majority were opposed to creating a Jewish state in Palestine. The Iraqi Jewish leadership, for example, cooperated with the Iraqi government to stop Zionist activity in Iraq; the chief rabbi published an open letter denouncing Zionism. In 1920, Palestinian Jews signed anti-Zionist petitions denouncing Ashkenazi rule. The Mizrahim who arrived in Israel ended up in agricultural work, 10-12 hours a day in conditions of disease and squalor. Their high death rate was explained by one Zionist official as a “common and natural thing”. Today Mizrahim constitute around 50% of the Israeli population. Palestinian Arabs make up another 20%, so the total non-European population is about 70%. Mizrahim were spatially marginalized by the Israeli settlement project, whether in the isolated periphery or in poor and stigmatized neighborhoods of Israel’s major cities. The creation of the Israeli new identity involved the de-Arabization of the Mizrahim, the near total erasure of their cultures, the nationalization of their politics. There are around a million Israeli citizens these days, mostly Ashkenazim, who brandish an EU passport. But Mizrahim, 3.18 Mllion, have nowhere to go. Mizrahim were brought here as their “natural laborers,” and from the early 1950s on, were stuffed by the master into the spacious Nakba villages, but in crowded conditions, to eliminate any possibility for the Palestinians to enact their right of return.

16. #1 - Which truce is that?
William ,   Israel   (01.10.10)
The "truce" that Hamas agreed to to keep things quiet and stop smuggling weapons....but broke in a public statement only 5 hours after Cast Lead ended? Or the "truce" that PRC and Islamic Jihad both said they are not party to and would not honor as such? So far, I don't see any obligation Israel has to such truce as one really doesn't exist. The mortars and rockets in the past couple of weeks pretty much proved that.
17. #3 - Pick up a gun, lose your life. Simple equation
William ,   Israel   (01.10.10)
How about this other fun riddle - If you can't DO the time, don't DO the crime. So what used to be the favorite mantra of ignorant Leftists - that Israel was killing Gazan civilians - has moved to "Israel makes excuses to kill Gazans (even those armed and dangerous, and initiating the attacks)". In other words, these ignorant folk are upset that Israel is fighting back against Hamas and shouting "UNFAIR. Israelis (all, not just IDF) need to die at the same rate as Gazan terrorists!" That was evident when Leftists stopped yelling "Israel killed 330 civilians in Cast Lead" and began yelling "Israel killed 1400 Gazans". My take on this - World Citizen - this is a VERY good thing the IDF is doing - because it pisses YOU off, and makes Hamas run like vermin.
18. #13 - So you admit Jews in Arab countries innocent
William ,   Israel   (01.11.10)
Despite (as you claim) Jews in Arab countries opposing the re-birth of Israel, the Arab leaders felt it necessary to torture them, terrorize them, steal ALL of their wealth, then ethnically cleanse them from the country. That can not be defined as anything less than massive racism, Apartheid, and war crimes. Don't you agree?
19. #13 - My family came to spacious Kyriat Malachi
William ,   Israel   (01.11.10)
No Arabs living there before it was built for a range of Jewish immigrants thrown out of Arab countries. My family came from Iran, and not on good conditions. Yet, coming to a land in the 1950s where the only economy WAS agriculture, we all worked the land together. One thing can be sure - whether Arabs lived around us or not during the 1948 war in which Arabs started, there is NO chance of their returning...and to what? If they had houses, they certainly are gone by now, and even if they did, over 96% have NO deeds to the land because they squatted on it illegally during the 1930s illegal Arab immigration. My family lost lots of money while the Arab next door (if there were any) lost a small house and tiny plot of land. I'll give them the fictituous olive tree "that grandpa loved as a woman" as a prize. Together, it's 1/40 of my loss. I look forward to receiving my 39/40 back in final agreements with the Arab world...WITH interest!

I don't understand where the person(s) was going for a cornea transplant. To Israel???? Are posters saying it is Israel's fault for the transplant not taking place??? This is illogical. First of all they deny Israel exist. The arabs hate the Israeli's but want the Israeli's to give them a transplant???A cornea from a Jew? Rockets are being fired from Gaza by their terrorists and it is Israel's fault that extra security measures are in place? Shall I assume the Israeli taxpayers pay for it, too? Sounds to me the anger should be directed towards the arabs terrorists for squandering the aid given by foreign governments, including Israel, for the rocket attacks that caused the loss of the cornea. Really, you don't have to be a brain scientist to see the problem is from the arabs and that the arabs should appreciate Israel's tolerance and aid given to their adversary that wants to see their destruction. It is unfortunate that people are hungary and life is so bad, but place the blame on the terrorist and the people that allow the activity, all awhile the "leaders" live a life of luxury, hoarding the aid provided, spending money on war supplies while their poor fellow countryman is deceived. I still don't understand why the jihadist are promised all the virgens when they die. Why do all the leaders hideout, certainly the virgens seem to be a strong indoctination point for the young men. Don't the leaders also want the virgins? It is my understanding only through death during jihad can they enter into the moon god palace. So, why hideout if that is the only way that is guaranteed entrance, with perpetual sex with virins. Really, I don't understand....obviously.
