Mankind has always had leaders, and strong leaders have always held sway of the masses. Why blame world governments for the choice of the German people? They knew what they were getting themselves into when they read Mein Kampf, which is nothing if not brutally honest. Not like Stalin, who imposed himself on the Russians.
