1. I'm beginning to think
Jo Guy ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (02.03.10)
you just need an excuse to have people thinking about buying flats in Israel. It's ridiculous, one day you have an article saying prices are rising, the next day falling, next day rising, falling --
2. Settlement
Settler ,   Yesha   (02.03.10)
I live on a settlement. All of the housing is full and there is still a great demand. For this reason, sale and rental prices have doubled and tripled in the last few years. This is true in most if not all of the settlements.
3. Take it from a Jew who lives in the golus and who has got
Al   (02.03.10)
some money and ready to put my money where my mouth is. Israel is the place to be.. Sure I cant stand the politics, the language, the food, the people, hell I just cant stand the place, but Israel is Eretz Yisroel. Its the only place to be if you are a thinking Jew. If you are part of the doppy lefty petz factor and you have a problem with Jews being the boss, well you hightail it out of there and go and live on the moon.I just dont care. Its time for thinking feeling Jews to move to Israel and for those who wish to leave, well then they can do us all a favour and split. Israel is for thinking feeling Jews only. Hell if Hadera is in demand, goes to show that the country is booming.
4. Settlement

With ambitious infrastructure plans in place, low cost factory premises and land for building, better tourist leisure and community facilities, a growing agricultural industry - if you think Settler Yesha where you are is growing - in a few years time watch the Negev towns and cities both old and new boom! You will have aint seen nothing yet! Not to mention pure pleasure driving around!
