What day is the Kdam contest to choose the Eurovision song?

...in tune admittedly but his voice has no POWER to it and when he sings Yoram Gaon songs the result is really quite pathetic. He should choose other ballads instead. There don't seem to be any young singers these days who can match the likes of Gaon in his prime (less so today), or Shoshana Damari or Yossi Banai. Skaat and co don't come over well - like they are singing into paper bags or whatever.
