Israel has been negotiating and rewarding terrorists for decades. Thus, terrorists have gotten more bold and have attacked lots of other targets (for example, the US). If Israel had not been coerced into negotiating and rewarding terrorists then terrorism would never have been the international problem it is today.

Israel has never capitulated in its short history. I am surprised to read such a claim here at this paper. It is undeniable however that our settling land that does not belong to us has fueled great resentment boiling over into terrorism. We control the future or terrorism through our actions, and the international community expects that we do our part to stop encouraging it through our actions.

If she had picked up the Assault rifle she would have had to chamber a round by pulling the charging handle of the M-4. It is not on the side as most assault rifles. You would have to have knowledge of the weapon to do that. Also in a controlled area a U.S. Soldier would not have a round in the chamber and the weapon would have to be on safe. If she had fired off a round she would have to have had knowledge of that weapon.
