1. bravo to foxman....
OZ   (02.09.10)
for being blunt ,truthfull and forthright. obama, fueld by his hattred to israel and sympathy to the palis, is a dismal failure in my book. his concentration on the settlements while ignoring the reality, which is - arabs donot want israel in thier midst- reveal just how skewed his worldview of israel is. is it 2012 yet? then he and carter can fly to mughadishu, or other ratholes together...
2. The ADL should answer one more question..
Cynic #2   (02.09.10)
Is Obama a good investment or a bad one?
3. An "A for effort"? What effort? To destroy Israel!
jason white ,   afula,israel   (02.09.10)
The a.d.l. represents the democract party " jews". They are more liberal than they should be. b.o. and his gang are out to destroy Israel and will do what he can to also destroy the U.S.
4. do you think this "peace process" is for our benefit?
david ,   new york , ny   (02.09.10)
the reason obama (or clinton or carter) wants a "peace process" is not because they are compassionate and care deeply about the jews (duh!) it's in order to improve their relationship with the arab world. by throwing israel in front of the mad dogs in the arab world, they get a little bit of respite from the arabs. so what if israeli busses start blowing up or if israel has to face hamas in the west bank, they don't have to live there and anyway it makes mubarak and the saudis more docile
5. This idiot Foxman should be fired.
Guy   (02.10.10)
He is a socalistliberal leftist. A few days ago he accused one of Israel's best friends and supporters in the USA Rush Limbau for anti-semitism.
6. #3 Jason. He won't destroy Israel. He'll destroy America fir
Connie ,   Virginia   (02.10.10)
7. The ADL is the media arm of the democratic party
American   (02.10.10)
let's say it like it is.
8. I think he was fair.
noa ,   israel   (02.10.10)
But this could be almost every new U.S. president since Israel became independent in 1949.
9. The real issues
Shalom Freedman ,   Jerusalem Israel   (02.10.10)
Abe Foxman should be focusing on the real issues, above all the Iranian threat, which includes the threats of its proxies Hizbollah and Hamas. Secondly, he should be considering the question of why the U.S. pressured Israel on 'settlements' and made it the major item in Mideast foreign policy. Thirdly he should be considering whether the Administration's courting of enemies has done it any good. Fourthly he should be advocating the U.S. Adminstration renew its alliance with Israel by actions, not merely words.
10. "Negotiations with Palestinians" offer Israel nothing.
Chaim ,   Israel   (02.10.10)
People like Foxman always speak of "negotiations with Palestinians" with reverence. As if they were a wonderful thing. What has two decades of such "negotiations" brought Israel? Tens of thousands of rockets, maimed and murdered civilians. What do further "negotiations" have to offer Israel? The loss of Jerusalem, our heartland, an 8 mile waist, rockets on every Israeli city and town..."Negotiations with Palestinians" offer Israel only mass suffering. Nothing else.
11. No A B Cs ....He just deserves O for Obama
Alan ,   SA   (02.11.10)
12. Not a full 'F'
AlexB ,   Toronto, Canada   (02.12.10)
I don't know if this was Obama's or Bush's initiative, but the development of a responsible "palestinian" police force in the West Bank, which has been going on for a while and is still in progress, is a positive development, among the creation of other government institutions in "palestine". This is going on behind the scenes and has gone unnoticed, but is a positive development, in my opinion. But yeah, on the other fronts Obama's been disasterous on the Israeli-Arab peace front.
