I can't imagine how Dubai could possibly find discarded passports used by assassins. Those passports would've been destroyed, not left behind. The Mossad is much smarter than that. The evidence Dubai claims to have can only be manufactured to frame Israel. Regardless of who did the hit, I'm glad there is one less terrorist to worry about.
