1. 85 Lebanon war victims sue Iran in US court
Marco ,   Spain   (02.17.10)
This is wonderful news! I wonder how many thousands of Lebanese and Palestinian innocent victims of Israeli war criminals and their American arm suppliers would file suit in American courts too. Lets see if double American double standards will extend to the legal system as well. What a bunch of idiotic jerks.
2. Good! Be Proactive Jews. Leave behind the ghetto reactivenes

Salma ,   Palestine   (02.17.10)
Where these "victims" advise us to trial Israel? I think that the report of the Goldstone is not enough:(
4. Good move
Marcelo ,   Frankfurt   (02.17.10)
It was about time to use the same weapons the anti-israel and jews-bashers of arabs and pro-"palestinean" use. The next step is start blowing up cafes and buses in pro-"palestineans" countries such UK, Spanian and all moslem-countries....the pay-back time has started, LOL !!
5. Hi .. how can i sue Israel ??
Jalal ,   Gaza   (02.17.10)
if it's possible to help me to know how can i sue israeli army ??
6. Pain in the butt and probably wont get anything
rebecca ,   Modiin   (02.17.10)
but he's right - it's partly about making sure people know what's going on and not giving the Pals, Hesbala and Hamas all the good PR. We also need to start getting arrest warrants in England whenever possible. Then they'll change their laws.
7. Since terrorist organizations have taken
Robert Haymond ,   Ashdod, Israel   (02.17.10)
to using the court systems in various countries, so should we. Israelis and diaspora Jewry could wreck havoc on the international courts given our abundance of talents, skills and brilliance in the area of legal endeavors.
8. Jewry's abundant talents
Robert ,   Brisbane, Australia   (02.17.10)
#7 "Jewry could wreck havoc on the international courts given our abundance of talents, skills and brilliance in the area of legal endeavors". Yes, given Israel's dodging the responsibility for more than 50 UN resolutions you should have no problem.
9. to#5 "pal"
Marcelo ,   Frankfurt   (02.17.10)
why should you? you are at war with Israel, an country you don't recognize so you don't recognize the IDF. Moreover, you should be carefull about laws since you will be also sued for blowing buses, cafes, discos, and all what you love..I mean, terror....
10. US courts doesn't defend occupiers & land thieves

13. to #3 goldston isn't based on evidances.
ghostq   (02.17.10)
this is, solid proff, they killed arabs in couple of the rockets, during the war Nasralla even called the arabs to leave Haifa so he won't kill them when he shoot the next rockets. among the dead were two Israeli arab children. so this is very juctify.
14. TO #7 I agree with you:)
Salma ,   Palestine   (02.17.10)
You are right example the Jewish judge RICHARD GOLDSTONE
15. Right Robert from Australia, it is
Robert Haymond ,   Ashdod, Israel   (02.17.10)
unlawful for jews to defend themselves. You'd prefer the humble Jew who gets beaten before he shuffles off to the cattle cars. Well, Robert from Australia, it just isn't that way. And incidentally, White Australia's track record with its indigenous population is shameful. Why doesn't a "moral" person like you try and alleviate the considerable problems you have caused right there at home? Oh, wait a minute, you're busy looking the other way, blaming Jews. Gutless!
16. Great Idea
Charles ,   Lebanon   (02.17.10)
Considering 85 people that got scared can sue for 1 billion, then let the families of the 1200 civilians dead in Lebanon sue for the same. That would amount to: 14,117,647,058.00 US$. So please go for it, Lebanon badly needs that money to build over the rubble that was left from the air strikes.
17. Who's suing who?
Robert ,   Brisbane, Australia   (02.17.10)
#15 I expect relatives of the 1,000,000 or so Iranians killed during the Iraq/Iran war would have a good case against the US as it directly supplied Saddam with chemicals, poisonous gases and WMD which were instrumental in those Iranian deaths. What do you think?
18. i did not blow buses.and donnt afraid if u r innocent.
Jalal ,   Gaza   (02.17.10)
i did not blow buses i donnt hate jews , even i donnt like hamas and i'm a good citizen . so why why idf hurts me and my family> and why my son still has bad dreams ???
19. #16 1200 "civilians" commited suicide
Rehavam ,   Israel   (02.17.10)
over 72 virgins. You just lost your case.
20. WHAT A JOKE !!! THESE JERKS MUST BE SUED FOR STEALING

22. 85 Lebanon
debbie ,   israel   (02.17.10)
TO ROBERT, BRISBANE Now, it's your opportunity to name even a single resolution that the Arabs have obeyed or fulfilled. This works both ways.
23. What about lebaneese injured?
nabil ,   LEBANON   (02.17.10)
In the 2006 war against Lebanon...
24. to #18 ask hamas that
ghostq   (02.17.10)
they r the one who caused everything.
25. 85 Lebanon
debbie ,   israel   (02.17.10)
WAY TO GO, ROBERT HAYMOND!! It's very easy to put down and blame others, when people need only to look in their own back yards. I don't know much about what goes on in Australia, but this Australian dude is very fast to put the blame on others when there is a lot of racism and bigotry in his own country. I think it's the way to go, victims of suicide bombers (there must be many thousands all over the world) could use the courts, to make Islam pay for its murder and mayhem throughout the world. Then Arabs would think twice before they blew up innocent people. And obviously it's not only in Israel. As a matter of fact, there are many other countries which are victimized by suicide bombers much more than Israel is. (India, Iraq, U.S., Spain, England, Bali, the list goes on and on).
26. to #16 hizballa started this war by kidnappe
ghostq   (02.17.10)
3 Israeli soldiers from the sovering terirory of Israel, adreass that to them, even the UN claim that war responsibility is on Hizb that is still ddefined as terror org. ask them y they used your village as militarry base, Israel just retaliated.
27. to#18 "pal"
Marcelo ,   Frankfurt   (02.17.10)
if you remains quiet, do not say anything about rockets firings, terror attacks (you know, buses, shopping centers, discos full of KIDS, etc), you are also to blame. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A "PAL" PROTESTING AGAINST TERROR ATTACKS....could you tell me why???????? have you even seen jews and/or israelis protesting aganist what IDF did? I did....so, you get the picture and I get the picture WHO and WHAT "PALS" indeed are....
28. @5
zak ,   new york   (02.17.10)
Instead of trying to sue the Israeli army, why don't you get rid of the reason why the Israeli army has to go into Gaza. Maybe, if you get a leadership that isn't a world-recognized terrorist group, Israel wouldn't have to respond to 7,000 rockets fired against its citizens.
29. #1 - Sure, but they lose immunity when used as shields
William ,   Israel   (02.17.10)
or taking part in terrorist operations. So just by living on top of the Hizbullah underground infrastructure or having rockets inside their home, they lose this immunity, per Intl Law. Care to take this to court and see if they still can claim funds? My guess is they will be seen as terrorist accomplices and be added to the plantiff's lawsuit making them financially culpable as well.
30. #3 - Goldstone isn't even sufficient itself
William ,   Israel   (02.17.10)
Because it's packed with egregious assumptions and conjecture, devoid of facts, as the aurhot himself admitted. Perhaps this is considered "evidence" in your kangaroo courts of the PA, but in the real world, this has as much legal credibility as the mint edition of a Superman comic.
