31. #5 - Might have better luck suing Hamas
William ,   Israel   (02.17.10)
After all, they are the ones who not only brought war to your neighborhood, but used Gazans as accomlices, making your civilian protected status devoid per Intl Law. Many have tried to sue Israel for the Gaza war, and all attempts were thrown out of court and withdrawn by the parties that brought them. Still, you can try. According to your leadership, you have nothing but time. And what better way to waste that time instead of building an honest economy and infrastructure in which to thrive?
32. #8 - UNRs usually pertain to 2 or more parties
William ,   Israel   (02.17.10)
One side is not required to adhere to them if the other side blatantly disregards them. For example, while Israel accepted UNR194, the Arabs did not and wanted to flood the State with violent refugees, using them to continue the aggression. UNR1701 - same thing. israel accepted the cease-fire and stopped flyovers....until (only 4 hours later) Hizbullah admitted they will NOT honor the cease-fire they agreed to and stated they would continue smuggling weapons again. One of the many talents of Jews is their ability to compromise despite the constant Arab reniging on agreements. Hopefully, they will learn that such a talent is more deadly in the ME.
33. #10 US Courts protect US citizens targeted by terrorists
William ,   Israel   (02.17.10)
Period!
34. #20 - Sure, as soon as "pals" provide a land deed
William ,   Israel   (02.17.10)
Oooooooooooooohhhh! They don't have one, and can not show any proof they ruled over such land. However, there is proof that the majority of those claiming they are "pals" are illegal economic migrants, that they aiding in illegally ethnically cleansing the land of native Jewish residents, and that 95% of the land was in the State's hands not private as claimed. So, sure. Let's go the real legal route instead of the court of public opinion. "Pals" will get their arses handed to them!
35. #18 - Why do children in Sderot have bad dreams?
William ,   Israel   (02.17.10)
They didn't take up arms against Hamas. They don't even live next to a military base. They, and their parents, accepted the IDF withdraw from Gaza if it meant peace for both sides, and many of their parents remember days past when Gazans and Israelis interacted freely. So why should they suffer because your leaders have chosen a genocidal path over building the infrastructure that they promised you? It's not our fault. Tell you what - next time there is a war, make sure you hold up a sign that says "I hate Hamas" so we can avoid you when targeting Hamas who will be busy using human shields.
36. #22 - Hizbullah brought you war, talk to them
William ,   Israel   (02.17.10)
Prior to Nasrallah's folly, which he admitted was a major mistake, it was peaceful and your family was fine. Israel isn't responsible for Hizbullah's infrastructure built under your family's feet, nor using your family as human shields. This is why they are called terrorists and not an actual army. Take it up with them.
37. US Judiciary
(02.20.10)
what a fair judicial system, US has. US is only making trouble for the country, itself.
