According to the EU's double-standard, it is OK for terrorists to kill and abduct Israeli citizens worldwide, as the EU hardly utters a word of condemnation about that. And as another example of this double-standard - I don't recall Russia facing similar heat from the EU, after they used forged passports to infiltrate to Britain in order to murder Litvinenko - who unlike Mabhouh wasn't a terrorist, and his sole 'crime' was speaking out against Putin.
