Has he been arrested? If so on what charge? To date not one single person in the PA has ever been charged with murder or attempted murder of any Israelis. The PA is not and will not ever stop terrorism because they commit a vast majority of the terrorism

First of all, nobody can fire a rocket from the "West Bank" into Israel. The "West Bank" is Judea and Samaria, which is part of Israel. Just like nobody can fire a rocket from New York into America. Secondly, Fatah is atleast as murderous a foe as Hamas. In fact, Fatah has maimed and murdered far more Jews than Hamas. The Fatah Constitution Article 12 clealy calls for Israel's anhilation. Just tell the truth.
