THose who buy I wish them luck. Nice to know some people with the cash wish to spend it in Israel instead of NYC, London, Toronto etc. If people are ready to invest, it shows me that they feel comfortable and safe...all a very good sign.

If the rich want the poor and the middle class to work for them, then they must also make sure there are enough affordable housing developments to satisfy the needs of the local population. Right now they aren't. Not to scare anyone interested in investing in Israeli real estate but the word on the street is that soon people are going to move into your homes if you don't . The first wave will be in protest, the second will be in desperation. At least have the decency to rent out your homes if you don't plan to live there.

Get off you ass ..go to work and save a nickel. I do it everyday and I'm not a kid. I've probably worked longer than you've been alive. I owe you nothing...get it?
