I can think of at least two that show that those who say they dislike Jews (whether it's an accurate measure of anti-Semitism is another issue) make up about 1/3 of the Polish society. However, I have experience with Belorussians and Lietuvenian and Belorussian and Lietuvenian Pols. And given Poland's dominating role in development of majority of both I have no reason to believe Pols are any different all of a sudden. As to the second part of your question, I agree to disagree.
