1. I can't understand..
David   (03.13.10)
Why everytime the government gives them a little freedom they choose to break all rules. Why they hurling stones at Jewish visiting the KOTEL? No reason at all. They have jobs in Israel, they get education, and a lot of money, the freedom of religion and more...
2. #1 "..verytime the government gives them a little freedom.."
Alitar   (03.13.10)
What freedom? The freedom to live and die under occupation?!
3. Alitar #2: The goal for official Palestinian
Robert Haymond ,   Ashdod, Israel   (03.14.10)
governmental organizations, has always been the destruction of the state of Israel, whether in one fell swoop or in stages. Nonetheless, Israeli Arabs live much better within the state of Israel in which they are represented in the Knesset and in which their language (Arabic) is one of the two official languages of the state. They are eligible for medical care and all social services. They live much better here (in Israel) than they would in any other mideastern state. To call this "colonialism" is to misunderstand the term. Arabs have never, in their history, since the birth of The Prophet, ever considered sharing the land with any non-Muslim unless it was a ploy whose strategic motive was to eventually destroy that very entity. This, of course, is a pity as the two peoples could do so much better with one another and for the country as a whole. Think it over, Alitar.
4. Picture
Other David ,   Canada   (03.14.10)
The picture is deceiving. It looks like a woman struggling with two IDF soldiers, but she could just as well have fallen over and those two men are helping her up...
5. to Alitar, "occupation" a convenient excuse for everything
jared ,   orlando   (03.14.10)
in fact , long before "occupation" every existed, arab palestinians made many attempts with their arab brethren to annihilate the jews.....your hatred long pre-dates "occupation" Second, why is it again that the west bank was occupied? just curious what kind of blind propaganda in place of history you are taught in blissful ignorance Third, there has already been a major first step embarked upon israel to end an occupation and see what you and your brethren would do....guess what , you failed miserably and deserve no more at least in that instance than what you originally got....ie gaza.....too bad , because had you done something...anything constructive, positive, and helpful, you would have had many helping hands and greater access to things like the sea and even the air,....but you could not even handle the first major step....instead you use a bold multi-billion dollar effort at peace as an opportunity to propagate hate and terror......
6. OY Ynet again
KACH 613 ,   Judah, Israel   (03.14.10)

Israel must keep the fight and should not back off one bit!!! These Arabs have been trying to kill us for decades, they will never brake us AM YISRAEL CHI!!! 8. #3"Israeli Arabs live much better within the state of Israel
Alitar   (03.14.10)
The civil rights movement in the US had to hear the same excuses: "The Blacks live so much better in the US than in Africa". Peace with you and all other mis-guided brothers.
9. Jews in Palestine
observer   (03.14.10)
There were less than 200 Jews in all of Palestine and the Holy Land in 1840's. Jews were never the majority in any city or area until they came in with force. The Jews that lived in Palestine in the 1840's had immigrated from England and most returned to England because their crops failed. All Jews living in Palestine were illegal immigrants from Europe and America.
10. very brave soldiers !! :)

11. A different solution – Well-being instead politics.
Ron B. ,   Lod   (03.14.10)
Instead of counting the daily dead and injured Arab as a result of the terrorist war they declared on Israel and rivalry of their leaders, it would be wiser for the Arabs to abandon politics and terrorism, and search for a better future for themselves and their children, to choose well-being instead of politics and understand that a “Palestinian state” is not the solution to their misery. Huge amounts have already been paid by the international community in order to help these people but the only beneficiary were the Arab politiciens. Even if there will be a “Palestinian state” the conditions of the population will not improve. The solution to their misery is elsewere : they should think about emigrating, discretely, to other Arab countries before it is too late, (most of these countries are not very populated and can easily integrate them). That is the real solution as explained at : http://xrl.us/bi5c8

14. #9 Jewish Population of Palestine
Cynthia ,   US   (03.14.10)
In 1947, the Jews were a majority in the area allotted to them by the partition resolution, and in Jerusalem. The Jews who came from Europe developed the land, grew crops in dry deserts and turned swamp land into farmland. It's this growth and job opportunity that attracted Arab laborers to the area. In addition, the Jews of Palestine were not illegal immigrants.
