Typical US liberal viewpoint: We're smarter than you, and we know how to do this better than you, because you're too stupid to do it correctly yourself. The US believes that Israel has a right to security, but thinks that the American way is the only, or only correct, way to peace. I think it's better to trust ourselves as Israelis to find a peace solution, rather than Americans whose perspective is warped.
