Design of the weapon is a key factor in misfires. I own two handguns (legally), one is a Beretta 92 and the other a Taurus Millennium. The safety feature on the Taurus is not as good as that on the Beretta and I'm always more careful handling the Taurus as it can more easily fire accidentally.

" we wish to emphasize that, luckily, no casualties were recorded in the incidents." What I mean to say is no Israeli casualities were recorded. Palestinians? I don't know. Who would keep those records anyway?.
