1. Here's what Goldstone said:
Brian Cohen ,   PeoplesFront ofJudea   (03.23.10)
"From the facts available, the Mission finds that the rocket and mortars attacks, launched by Palestinian armed groups in Gaza, have caused terror in the affected communities of southern Israel and in Israel as a whole. Furthermore, it is the Mission's view that the mortars and rockets are uncontrolled and uncontrollable, respectively. This indicates the commission of an indiscriminate attack on the civilian population of southern Israel, a war crime, and may amount to crimes against humanity." 15 September 2009 "... the report contains the clearest finding that Hamas and other militant Palestinian groups committed serious war crimes and possibly crimes against humanity. The acceptance of those findings by the Human Rights Council and the General Assembly has been ignored completely..." Richard Goldstone, Interviewed by Ha'aretz, Nov 13 2009
2. Quick ! Someone call Goldstone...
Paul ,   USA   (03.23.10)
so that he, Hillary, and Biden, can find out what the Israelis did to provoke them into firing another rocket ! Get Ban Ki Moon on the phone also, and make it a conference call !
3. And World Outrage Is Directed Where?
emanon ,   USA   (03.23.10)
The world seems outraged when Israel seeks to build, yet is silent when the arabs seek to destroy.
4. How Long Can Israel Stay Lucky?
emanon ,   USA   (03.23.10)
Luckily, no one was injured, but how long can the luck hold out? Meanwhile, the since the Jews are a not building anything, the world remains silent while the arabs seek to destroy.
5. And in case you Pals are reading...
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (03.23.10)
"Leaders of Hamas and other armed groups have publicly expressed their intention to target Israeli civilians, seeking to justify their attacks as lawful reprisals for Israeli attacks against Palestinian civilians. Hamas leaders have also claimed that rocket attacks against Israeli civilians are justified by the "right to resist" Israeli occupation. Such statements, in the context of deliberate or indiscriminate rocket attacks on Israeli civilians documented in this report, are evidence of war crimes. Hamas authorities have not, to the knowledge of Human Rights Watch, held to account any members of Hamas or other armed groups in Gaza for unlawful rocket attacks against population centers in Israel." Human Rights Watch "The attacks against civilians by Palestinian armed groups are widespread, systematic and in pursuit of an explicit policy to attack civilians. They therefore constitute crimes against humanity under international law. They may also constitute war crimes" http://www.amnesty.org/en/library/info/MDE02/003/2002
6. Rockets in the South
John Fullerton Sr ,   Omaha, USA   (03.23.10)
Goes to show what a scum Goldstone is and was. Israel must finally destroy Gaza. Make it into a parking lot. Ship the Palestinians tordan, the real Palestine.
7. #6 - Think Goldstone is scum? Consider Norm Finklestein
William ,   Israel   (03.23.10)
He went on record today on a uber-Leftist program called Democracy Now to promote his new book which completely vilifies Israel about Cast Lead. He stated that "NO military target was hit" in Gaza and the result was "a civilian massacre" where he claimed not one military person was hit. At least Goldstone got part of the story correct, Finklestein like other Leftists (he mentioned Gideon Levy of Haaretz) completely made up their own truth.
8. Hussein Obamas friends in action
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (03.23.10)
Hussein Obama condemned Israels housing project - he stays silent in the wake of Hamas rocket attacks against Israel - what else is to say about this man ?
9. #3 - Both places
P ,   Philadelphia   (03.24.10)
This is not "the arabs", it's particular arabs. Arabs in general are not responsible for this - try not to smear a broad ethnicity when only some merit it. Many of us, even those of us on the left, know that Hamas is playing with fire and both condemn the rockets and support any necessary Israeli response. We can still condemn the building in East Jerusalem at the same time.
10. Ashkelon under fire
Evi Goldstein ,   Texas U.S.A.   (03.24.10)

They do not hit military targets they hit city,s where is inicent children women and man lives and going about they daily life.. Mr Goldstone i hope you going to write about this actions of the Hamas .and the terrorist organizations . I hope you remember Gilad Shalit the lonely soldier in Hamas hand ... Evi Goldstein U.S.A.
11. Let's hope the Qassams continue.
Charles ,   Los Angeles   (03.24.10)
And continue after that, until Israel feels compelled into another futile assault, and an other assault after that one until Israel comes to understand it's just a little piss ant country that may have to expend all it's resources in an attempt to teach their neighbors to fear Israel power. Which of course will never happen. Time is not on Israel side, I am happy to say.
12. *11 Charles - what a loving 'human' being you are ...
Lee ,   Manchester UK   (03.24.10)
i think that little brain of yours is going to be in for 1 helluva crashing disappoinment. COUNT ON THAT.
