First of all, the people of Gaza are ruled by Hamas, not Israel. So, if they are oppressed, then they have only themselves to blame. If they stopped trying to murder Jews, there would be no need for barriers between them and Israel. Also, "apartheid" describes a policy whereby a government treats some of its citizens differently than other citizens for illegitimate reasons such as race. This requires that both groups be citizens of the SAME country and that it be their own government which discriminates against them.. Since the Gazans are not citizens of Israel and Israel no longer occupies or administers any portion of Gaza's territory, it is impossible for Israel to be guilty of apartheid. As long as the Palestinians continue to reject Israel's very right to exist and continue to try at every turn to murder Israelis, what exactly is the "justice" you believe is the solution?

...just like in the Second Lebanon War. Gaza's security forces have the right to protect themselves against intruding and marauding transgressors as best they can. This was not terror, this was self-defense.
