Look at all the crap shot out of Southern Lebanon. The United States mass produced planes and tanks for WWII. It wasn't the best tank and airplane ever built. It was the overwhelming quantity of these planes and tanks that helped win the war. The Vietnamese would rush our troops with thousands of troops to totally annihilate American troops. You might shoot a few Vietnamese....but ultimately the vast numbers of enemy troops leads to your death. Just like a huge barrage of missiles. Israel needs tunnels and underground facilities. They need animals or robots to run Lebanese tunnels with explosive devices that can be dropped electronically by Ferrets and Dogs. Israel needs to develop and maintain missile systems just like the ones supplied by Iran. These can be fired in huge quantities into enemy countries cities. Fight fire with fire as they say. Build alternate cities underground that can be used in time of war. Use massive troop movements to wipe out enemy positions. Surround tough installations and tunnel complexes and send in dogs with explosive belts. The packs can be fitted with sensors that detect human movement then explode. Ferrets with camera's are a hell of a lot better than dead Israeli's. If the international media have a problem with planes dropping munitions....then build missile systems just like Lebanon's and fire random missiles into Beirut. Syria can receive them just as well. Who can complain about a Jew using a lowly missile just like the Arabs and Persians?

As for the iron dome and magic want/arrrow systems, israel should keep them private and trade them to friendly nations and I mean friendly and those that don't make demands of israel. Secure or stockpile arms and oil/gas. Work on gas alernatives. Start to loosen the relationship with obama which will be good for both countries. Bibi shoiud not take lectures from clinton and obama. At least olmert who I detest(but you can learn something from anyone) told rice to shut up and you ought to tell clinton to shut up if she ever launches a tirade against you. Lets see US replace israel with say jordan, how about syria, maybe iraq as a strategic ally. Petraeus and gates, maybe they can help you with afganistan. Maybe, the taliban and alquaeda will stop attacking now that you have parted ways with Israel. That's what you both said especially gates. So your soldiers would be in less danger. Do it. I invite you to break ties. israel will be better off wthout you in the long run. And haaretz, don't fret. israel will find away. When Israel faces her combined enemies , yet again... you can be 100% sure that anything that remotely looks like a existential attack - will be dealt with by tactical nuclear weapons. There is no choice. Whatever enemy decides to launch a rain of rockets and missiles against Israel - is signing their own death warrant. A lot of enemy missiles will get through and will cause massive damage and death at the minimum, but I would not like to be in any of the enemy countries...especially Iran. Its going to be horrendous. Why dont the arabs just leave Israel alone? The demographic "bomb" ticking away inside Israel will do the job for them.. there's no need for war.
