China has agreed for one purpose only. First they will slow down the resolution and stretch it out as long as possible. While doing that, they defang it so there is nothing left but a slap on the wrist if even that. They are in league with Iran. They love all that Iranian oil. While China drags this out, Iran will be busy working on the bomb and the US and Europe will be sitting around with their thumb up there arse and a grin on their face thinking how much they have the people fooled and salivating over their fat wallets.

Of China as well as Russia making it anything more than the media hype we read.As it is sanctions will not work.By the way,when are we to read these 'sanctions' actually being drawn?In weeks? No chance at all.

I don't believe the administration on this topic. They have reached too many "understandings" that turned out to be utterly meaningless. The Russians and the Chinese never fall into line with them on anything. Nor do the Iranians. Nor do the Syrians. Nor even Mahmoud Abbas. Obama won't fix his lack of credibility by kow-towing to the US's enemies and would-be rivals when they demand that he bash his supposed friends. He will fix has lack of credibility by NOT kow-towing to the US's enemies and would-be rivals. But he just doesn't get it.

The USA is foolling it self. Obama has a lot of "bark" but no "bite" China & Russia support terrorist state and organizations. They will never agree to anything except some waterdown BS.

an iran that can be weakened through isolation and sanctions without resorting to bombing it and having military backlash on israel is preferable. the regime is weak and this could help hasten its end. if iran falls without a shot fired, and without a missile fired onto israel, it will be much better than a big war with hezbollah, hamas, syria and iran.

Russia and China are there only to frustrate them and keep Iran's head above the water.
