1. If Obama can humiliate Israel's prime minister for a whole

year and with it Israel's symbols of government and the Jewish people whose nation-state Israel is, why can't others do so to the Jews...??
2. Slovak Anti-Semitism
Seymour ,   Boston   (04.06.10)
Slovak anti-semitism is very high in proportion to the Slovak population. If Slovakia was an average size European nation, the anti-Semitic incidents would be very frequent. I don't know why they are still so primitive.
3. The bitterness apparently still runs deep with some Slovaks.
Chris ,   United Kingdom   (04.07.10)
On several occasions whilst visiting Slovakia I have heard strong anti-Semitic comments from devout Catholics. Finding their comments disturbing, I have questioned them for a reason? Their responses reiterating comments similarly spoken by the Hlinka Guards during WWII and their participation in the deportation of Slovak Jews to Auschwitz. ….because the Jews obtained their wealth, prosperity and land/property unfairly and through deception. The bitterness apparently still runs deep with some Slovaks. Shame on you :(
4. it would be correct to add this:
Akiva ,   Israel   (04.09.10)
I find the statements above racist and stupid. Mr Bloch, who wrote this article, did not inform correctly. It would be correct to add that there is a local Jewish person maintaining this cemetery for years. If he writes that there are no Jewish residents in Zvolen, it is not fair. Especially, if he met him in person. Secondly, the act that happened is rather an act of vandalism, the gate was distroyed and some hippies style slogans sprayed onto the wall. Finally, it would be correct to write, that the Zvolen cemetery is also an important memorial site, with Roma memorial, mass grave from the Holocaust and finally, a site of the new Park of Generous Souls.
