His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdogan is Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey. A democratically elected leader who came to power with 47% of the Turkish publics vote. There is no legitimacy issue with the Turkish PM's election. The same could not be said about Colonel Gadafi on the other hand.
