Everything published in Israel is checked by a military censor. (Kam gave the information to a journalist from an Israeli newspaper, not a foreign newspaper.) You have enough security checks in place. And it is not for nothing that Kam's materials were considered OK for publication by the military censor, as they revealed corruption. It is in the interest of the country that such behavior in the army gets punished.
