It has been reported that Ha'aretz is paying for Uri Blau's keep in London. I would'nt be surprised if Ha'aretz is also paying for Anat Kam's PR man & her lawyer.

the Shabak will need to wait and an abduction is out of the question considering Israels standing in the west.The uk will never allow him to be extradited considering Israels brutal human rights record ,I think the same will go if Blau decides to travel to Europe.

If the Shabak want to "get" Uri Blau, they will & stuff what the UK thinks about Israel. This affair has nothing to do with the UK.

Your right Birdi .I just think that Israel wont get him through extradition.Do you think the Shabak will try and kill him in the UK?.In my opinion if Israel keeps Ignoring the rule of law eventualy something will give.If Israel cant follow its own courts rullings why would it follow International court ruleings..I would like to see Israels Image improve abroad but I dont see that happening until Bibi reforms his government

I dont think I need to tell you what I think the Shabak could do to Uri Blau as you already know. I know exactly what people abroad think of Israel as I defend Israel everytime I am abroad. We here are going through very complexed times & I do believe we need to do a much better job in our public relations outside Israel.

Not all the 2000 secret documents that Anat Kam copied & handed over to Uri Blau were about IDF corruption.She copied information that endangered the lives of our kids who serve in the IDF & endangered the lives of every citizen in Israel. As a soldier in the IDF she swore allegiance to the State of Israel.By doing what she did she went against everything she swore to. This is a crime & against the law.

With all due respect to you, you need to read more about this story which will explain to you that the 2000 documents in question are not only about corruption. You can google,Uri Blau & or Anat Kam where you will find articles well worth a read. Anat Kam could have gone to the State's Ombudsman to complain without coppying any document. Uri Blau could have also gone to the State's Ombudsman without causing the explosion he has caused in the media.

WRONG. Uri blau did not "go after" Anat Kam. She herself gave him the documents she copied from the IDF. She first offered the documents to another journalist,who did not show any interest in them (the documents)

Haaretz, thank you! Uri Blau, I proud of you. Thank you for being human. Uri, do not come back to Israel where you will end up as Mordechai Vanunu.
