If the police are correct in their allegations, and bribery did occur, who do you think was involved who has not been mentionned. Everyone else has been arrested but one. I believe he is out of the country. Whether he was mayor or ministry of industry, was he involved. This article says he was. This scandal if it is true dwarfs all the o thers. And Messer who cannot go any lower and who was allegedly to informaiton by the police olmert's bagman will now sing his lungs out to avoid life imprisonment.
