Actually, 55% support is way down from the 89% of Jews who actually voted for Obama. And this is BEFORE the Netanyahu snub? All I know is my local chapter of The Republican Jewish Coalition is having problem finding space for our meetings since membership is growing so rapidly.

American Jews say they support Obama's policies and then oppose nearly every policy when presented with specifics. All that means is that they, like most Americans, don't pay close attention. Educate, educate, educate. We need ad campaigns and speakers at shuls and other community centers to let them know what Obama is doing.

Who did this survey? Nobody ever asked me, or just about every other Jewish American that I know. Even those who bought the Brooklyn Bridge from Obama first time around, are all dissapointed. I know a couple of American Jews in love with Obama and his leftist policies...but they are disappointed in his treatment of Isreal and Bibi. I have yet to meet a single Jew in support of Obama's handling of Israel.

The US jews are traditionally Democrats and many are die hard supporters of the palestinian cause and the Democrats are much more palestinian friendly and Obama is also on the Saudi payroll. The evangelicals who are traditionally Republican are some of Israels biggest political & financial supporters in the US. Evangelicals are religious die hards and believe that Israel was given to the jews by GOD and the American government has no right to take away from the jews something GOD gave them and they see the arabs as enemies of America as well as Israel. Too many jews have assimilated so religion doesn't mean as much to them as what it did for previous generations. These jews are American first jewish later and if they are not religious they believe that America should dictate terms. AIPAC should be encouraged not to support Obama at the next election but Israel is better off lobbying pro Israel non jews encouraging people like them to come out and vote and vote Republican if Obama is the alternative.

It is exactly opposite from what you say, and now you will see it first hand. I pray my jewish friends will take their families by the hand and get out safely. Where can they go? France? Arab countries? mexico? Asia? May America find an honest leader for the sake of the Jews
