you can go to your ancestral homeland of any of the already 22 Arab countries like Jordan,Egypt, or Saudi. How come there are artifacts dating back 4000 thousand years all Jewish and there aren't any that are Palestinian?!?!? What are Palestinians people? They are not a religion or have ever been a country. What really is unjustifiable, it is illogical, immoral, and unethical is for you and your ilk to revise and lie about the truth and historical facts to promote your racism, fascism and totalitarianism. For Israelis and Jews . Our people have suffered, and are suffering, but no sick Islamic Arab-schemed ideology is stronger than our love for this land. WE JEWS ARE HERE TO STAY. WE HAVE NOT VANISHED AND NEVER WILL. WE SURVIVE.
62. Just wow
Swiss   (04.20.10)
I'm not Jewish but reading this brought tears to my eyes. Happy birthday!
63. #4 Fady - Egypt

Thank you Fady - God Bless you brother!
64. Proud to be israeli
Yossef ,   Rehovot, Israel   (04.20.10)
Today I am proud to be israeli, I am proud to read, between other moving names and stories, the names of -- "Major Doctor Avraham Yitzchak, 37, who immigrated to Israel from Ethiopia at age 18 and is close to completing his studies as a surgeon" We don't share the same color of skin, but we share the same destiny and love. Happy birthday brother :-) May our other brothers coming from Etiopa follow your way. We are proud of you. -- "Yousef Matanes, A Bir'im-native Arab Christian, active in promoting coexistence between Jews and Arabs." Salam Aleikum Yousef, my cousin. We share the same name. I wish most of your brothers, my cousins, will follow the same way as yours. We share the same land and the same destiny too, even if today we are confused. Happy birthday ולך לשלום Nour, we are also here to stay, the sooner you learn to live with that the better for you. Happy birthday to you too. We have also a long way to go together too. And happy birthday to my friend Salma, even if she didn't show up on the talkback today :-)
65. Built on a promise from Biblical times
A Johnson ,   Tel Aviv   (04.20.10)
Nonsense. Jews date their claim to this land back 3,000 years, before there was majoractivity by any Arab grop or nation. As for not achieving peace, well the Pals might do well to examine their own reactions to peace prospects; as Kissinger famously said, the Pals don't miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity. Enough whining on the part of the Arabas;, time to start accept proposals and make progress toward building and not detroying.
66. The support of a friend from the land of the BBC :
Ron B. ,   Lod   (04.20.10)
You are not supposed to ignore facts and the truth. The State of Israel has packed more history into her sixty years on the planet than many other nations have in six hundred. There are many surprising things about this tiny, feisty, brave nation the size of Wales, but the most astonishing is that she has lived till today. The very day after the new state was established, she was invaded by the armies of no fewer than five Arab countries, and she has been struggling for her right to life ever since. It’s worth reading.... : http://xrl.us/bktc8
67. Happy Birthday Israel!
Cynthia ,   USA   (04.20.10)
You are a special country with special people. Here's to another 3000 years!
68. If not ashamed so celebrated how you like
Salma ,   Palestine   (04.20.10)
we would not dare allow ourselves to forget Palestine ..we Palestinians also mark the flip side of that celebration, that terrible anniversary of Al Nakba, which will always be scorched in our memory as a reminder that some injustices will remain so, I wonder how you can be pride in your independence while you continue to oppress a another nation?!!! All one has to do is look at the desolate conditions of Palestinian refugee camps both here in Palestine and in neighboring Arab countries. As long as refugees and their descendants continue to languish in squalid refugee camps, still stubbornly holding on to the original keys to their homes,.Approximately five million Palestinians who are either first generation or descendants of refugees have yet to be allowed to return home and paid compensation for the homes, land and properties stolen from them 62 is just a joke at the age of history
69. Salma
