3. One problem with the ruling
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (04.21.10)
This was NOT a government decision. It was never submitted for the government to approve. Only a small minority of the government was even informed of the decision. It is illegal.
4. Not a surprise
Israel Israeli ,   Tel Aviv   (04.21.10)
There is not one person who is surprised by this decision. Everyone, including Beinish, knows the freeze is illegal under Israel's basic law. Everyone knows that if Barak and Netanyahu decided to suspend rights of any group except the Right wing, the High Court who have deliberated within days of the petition and found the decision illegal. This is a farce.

7. There is no freeze and the settlers are risking it all
jason ,   haifa israel   (04.22.10)
There is no freeze more building than ever. 3,000 units being built. You couldn't go along with the game and in return you will get the most leftist govt ever with livni as PM. Get ready for western wall and jewish quarter to be given to saudi arabia like olmert and kadima proposed and a road from gaza to west bank cutting israel in half. The settlers threw bibi out the first time and we ran from lebanon and ran from gaza. I can't stand the harm to israel the so called right has done.
8. Predictable
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (04.22.10)
Mrs. Beinish will always rule against "settlers" and "religious" people. Similar to her mentor, Mr. A. Barak, they have a clear agenda to undermine anything which says "Jewish" in a traditional sense. Mrs. Beinish is just another "farbrenter". It is no wonder that some people are fed up with the High Court.
9. Not Jewish
stevieb ,   toronto canada   (04.22.10)
There is nothing "Jewish" in the "traditional sense" about the settlers in the W.Bank or from Israel itself. All of these actions are contrary to the Torah. Please - use your brain before you use the keypad..
