At last the pigeons have come home to roost. The rorting of the system by past mayors of the Jerusalem Municipality and its bureaucracy with unbridled greed, corruption and cronyism has been endemic in time immemorial to the detriment of all of its citizens. The diet in Israeli jails will bring many of the surviving offenders down to size.
