61. Islam on Campus: A Survey of UK Student Opinion
Harold Lane ,   Tel Aviv   (04.30.10)
A report released by the London-based Center for Social Cohesion reveals that British Muslim students are not far behind their Middle Eastern peers in their social values, especially those who are members of on-campus Islamic societies. The report, entitled “Islam on Campus: A Survey of UK Student Opinion,” reveals that approximately a third of those surveyed supported the idea that one can kill in the name of religion, a finding that has raised alarm bells. “Universities should be places where people of all faiths and backgrounds can come together in an environment of mutual tolerance,” said Center director Douglas Murray. Pro-Palestinian protesters behaved like savages. They demand the right to stop freedom of speech.

I'd thought I'd come and annoy you here. Getting a bit boring on Haaretz, rightist accusing leftists who are accusing rightist, interspersed with accusations of been an arab or an anti semite. The fact is even The Jerusalem Post is saying the diplomat was almost attacked, not actually attacked. A cocept that may see strange to you, but in a democracy you are allowed to disagree with someone's views. this is a none story other than why is an Israeli diplomat allowed to travel around the country with impunity, particularly a diplomat of a country caught forging British passports for the purposes of murder. You might not like the fact that I have brought up the subject, prehaps you can lobby the Canadian Government to allow Israel to use your country's passports.

Which is why the United Kingdom has issued a travel warning about visiting Israel and deported the Mossad Station Chief based in London and has stated that he will not be replaced until we get a letter of apology and a promise not to use british Passports again for the purposes of murder. Fact is the british Goernment has already punished Israel for the use of the British Passports and Israel has done nothing to retaliate against that punishment. Not even a tit for tat expulsion. Which kind of puts the weight of likliehood into the Israel what done it court.

She should have had armed body guards and they should have opened fire if she was in danger.
66. She didn't
Chris Linthwaite   (04.30.10)
because she wasn't. Besides as you know living in Bristol the British Police are not routinely armed. You want to try again putting your true country of origin.
67. protestor is not a synonym for demonstrator
Jack Kelly ,   Vallebona Italy   (04.30.10)
'Pro-Palestinian protesters' would make more sense if written 'Pro-Palestinian demonstrators'.
68. Terrorism
Timberwolf ,   Bristol, ENGLAND   (04.30.10)
The police shoot violent Islamic terrorists in this country and by the sounds of it, she was on the verge of being attacked by some

So all demonstrators are now terrorists, because they do not conform to what you wish them to comply with. Well last time I looked we were a selection of individuals not a collective I'll say again the demonstrators were demonstrating and the Ambassador was treated to the sight of a Palestinian Flag outside a window and there was a bit of car rocking but there was no physical threat to the Ambassador. She doesn't like the idea of people demonstrating against her, and having to leave through a side door rather than the front door. Then i suggest she stays inside the newly refurbished Israeli Embassy in London. What was she doing in Manchester anywa? She is an Ambassador, the furthest she needs to travel is to Whitehall to beinformed the Staion Chief of Mossad is being asked to leave and will not be replaced until there is a public apology and a letter saying that Israel will not forge british Passports in future. Interestingly the incident has not lead to the arrest of anybody, which would have made the shooting of anyone distinctly worrying, afterall we are talking Manchester and not East Jerusalem. Have a good bank holiday weekend.

Dude, You should go get a job, or something. You're hearing voices: "Peace in Our Time (Allahu akhbar. Kill the infidels)." Enjoy your Islamic future.

Judy ,   Birmingham, AL. USA   (05.01.10)
I think all Israeli Diplomats and speakers should travel with their own security entourage, the men & women of the IDF, and then see how many protesters hang around and become aggressive!!! Any rioting and protesting always has the ability to become angry and hateful....and dangerous! We should take these assaults seriously!

I was shocked to read about Talya Lador-Fresher being attacked in Manchester,UK. I hope that she is OK. As a UK citizen I am appalled that this happened and I shall be writing to the next Prime Minister about this disgraceful incident. I am only an ordinary UK citizen, but like many others support the State of Israel and the Jewish People. Yours sincerely Bill Ducker, Nottingham, UK (PS I am not Jewish)

Nice to see that you make assumptions about people's religion/nationality based on the colour of their skin...I'm guessing you meant 'loser' though and weren't making a comment on their promiscuity :P
