Israel has two options: 1) stall is it usually does, 2) don't stall and attempt to establish peace. i think the Israeli government will stall and pretend they're serious like they did in oslo and taba because they are not willing to respect international law and return all the land it stole after the initial thefts of 1948 and 1967. This letter, if genuine, is a trap, a set-up to blame Israel. After all, nothing the Palestinians have done since Obama came to office are held against them. Not the decision to abandon talks. Not the honoring of terrorists. Not the incitement to violence against Jews and Israel on Palestinian media. Not the seizure and destruction of goods made in settlements.
