What makes you claim she is under his spell? The woman wants to put that monster and everything that happened "behind" her and move on and rehabilitate her and her children's life. I suspect there are written affidavits with her testimony against that monster already in place. His spell was broken when she was put in jail and separated from the cult and underwent intense therapy. She is currently seeking a halachic divorce from the monster and doesn't want to have anything to do with him ever again.
