2. Lenin, Stalin and Obama
Rick ,   New York   (05.07.10)
Even Lenin and Stalin had a lot of Jews. When Stalin shot them all, their last words where: "Long Live Stalin". Stalin had a good laugh when was told this.
3. the problem
jackson browne ,   uk   (05.07.10)
is that the more jewish voices come out against obama the more the public sees them as loyal to a foreign country.obama is deftly playing a game of letting jews expose themselves as anti american and pushing them into war with iran
4. Fenenbock in favor of One State Solution(tm).
Michael Hess ,   Charlotte, NC   (05.07.10)
The Emperor has no clothes. Fenenbock explains, all these years the Israelis claimed to be in favor of two states, all a bleeping lie... Thank you Fenenbock, for exposing the real naked Empire.
5. What??? Friends??? You dont want friends!
James ,   Toledo Ohio USA   (05.07.10)
Michael I agree 100% with your insights. But the Jews will never accept friendship and support from the those here in the US who support them. There are two words they seem to be unable to tolerate: Conservative Christian. That is the name of the people here who support you now and who have always supported you in the past. So all you who like to blemish us and call us names like Xtians, goym?? is that short for gummy bear? What other names and portrayals do you like to slam your friends with? You need to learn who your real friends are. It seems to me you don't have many friends left in the world. And let me tell you something very important . If we are not successful in stopping this progressive liberal takeover of our country by this islamo communist president which we have, then it's a sure bet that you won't have ANY friends left. If they silence us conservative christians you can be sure that the US government will turn hard against you. We are what's restraining the turning away from God in the US. We are far from perfect but we are just about all you have left as far as friends who won't put a daggar in your back.
6. Please do
Roger ,   USA   (05.07.10)
Dear right-wing Israeli wackjobs Please do align yourselves with extreme right in the US. Make a great show of it, if you please. Make sure everyone knows. Be loud. That will result in the end of good will in the US for Israel, and we can finally throw that albatross from around our necks. Go for it. Please.
7. The God of Israel will shut the big mouth of BHO !
Jaacov Baumann   (05.07.10)
The God of Israel will stop the antisemitic, muslim american president and shut his big mouth ! Dont be afraid Israel - your guardian never sleeps! But US citizens should be frightened : this president is leading the USA to certain downfall ! ''He who curses Israel will be cursed !''
8. US Jews cannot stand to the right of Israel's govt.
Mark ,   Los Angeles   (05.07.10)
As long as the Israel government moves left, the US Jews are obliged to move left with it, like it or not. When Israel will finally make a stand, US Jews will stand too.
9. If you can get the American Jews to understand how obumma
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (05.07.10)
has thrown Israel under the bus, he will be a one term president, incompetent.
10. Mainstream US Jewish Leadership
Christy ,   Boston, MA   (05.07.10)
is not the only group fearing and not comprehending the revolt that's building among the American People. I've never seen anything like it. I can't imagine what will happen this year in Nov.! Our talking-head elites will be surprised and not comprehend this revolt either. Our media and leftist leaders paint the revolter's as racists, bigots, terrorists, etc... and have been doing so for quite some time. It's added fuel to the revolter's' fire to be branded as such. The backlash to the populist revolt has been going on for quite some time. Attempts have been made to paint anyone who disagrees with the recently passed health care bill as a terrorist, for example. The most recent example of this is the remarks made by NYC's Mayor about the attempted car bomber. Before the identity of the bomber was known, NYC's Mayor posited that maybe the failed terrorist was "someone who didn't like the health care bill" - he really said this. A person like the Israeli PM really can't be expected to understand the populist revolt that's brewing when most of the US elite and leftists don't understand it either. It's covered by most of the US media in negative terms, and I'm sure foreign media pass on this negative image. The good news for Israel is that the majority of people who are against what US leaders have recently done are also PRO-Israel.
11. #3 - I don't Think So
Christy ,   Boston, US   (05.07.10)
In the US, American Jews are viewed *first* as Americans. They are NOT viewed as people owing allegiance to a 'foreign power'. I'm sure there's a small minority of racists and anti-Semites who would say otherwise -- but not the vast majority of Americans. Jews are as much a part of the fabric of the US as any other group. I can't imagine a US minus the contribution of the Jews. We wouldn't be the same! Except for the Native Americans, we're all part of some group that helped build the US. All of us were foreigners once! Any Jews coming out against Obama would not be viewed as 'Jews against Obama' - they'd be viewed as Americans against Obama. They would be branded as traitors by our leftist elite and most of our media. But, they'd be in the same boat as all the others who plan to revolt in November. Reading some of the blogs where support is high for a voter revolt in November shows some Jews and some not. I can't see that any distinction has been made. The only way I know about Jewish inclusion is via self-identification. They are the only ones who mention that they are Jews. If they did not mention it, nobody would know. Also, Obama won the majority of the Jewish vote in the presidential election. Those opposing Obama didn't view US Jews in any way other than stupid or delusional - which is how they viewed anyone who supported him.
12. Hey Michael #4 -- Two State was our idea, but...
eli ,   nahariya, israel   (05.07.10)
Remember, we are the ones who withdrew from Gaza. We did something about the two state solution, instead of talk about it (which is all the Palestinians ever do.) What happened? Oh yeah, I remember, the Palestinians shot more than 5000 missiles at us. Until the Palestinians can demonstrate they have changed Obama can K.M.A.
13. American Jews=democrats/liberals will not go against Obama
m   (05.07.10)
People who don't learn from history are bound to repeat it. American Jews supported Roosevelt who didn't lift one finger to save Jews and they still support him and the Democrats. Liberalism is more important than their religion which is non-existent, except for bagels and lox. Any Jew with a tiny bit of commonsense would not have voted for Obama and his mentors reverend, Alinski, Ayers. They philosemitic don't make.
14. Empror is naked
Jew Lover ,   Canada   (05.07.10)
You will not wake up. Isn't it. Obama is the last chance you have. If America withdraws its support, Israel will fall all on its own within a month, at the most a year. From GW Bush, America has come to Obama. Who will be the next. Taboos are breaking one by one. When it comes down to choice, America will choose its own existence over that of Israel. It is time, actually past the time, you made peace with all of you neighbors, stopped acting like a dominant power to ensure your survival. It is time for reflection and meaningful thought process rather than self-delusion. Will you ever be smart enough to save yourselves. May G-D of Israel open your eyes to reality.
15. #7 Correction--it is only those who do not have a covenant
Sari ,   Texas   (05.07.10)
with Hashem that will be cursed. For those who do, it will be like like living in the times of Pharaoh. Frogs, locust, and other catastrophies(plagues) will abound, but for us, it will be like living in the land of Goshen. It may be dark all around us, but we will have light in our land.
16. #4 And thank you Michael for exposing your trememdous ig-
norance for all to ,   see!! Rueben,Israel   (05.07.10)
17. Fenenbock's outstanding article
RayS ,   New Hampshire, USA   (05.07.10)
FINALLY someone has said it perfectly..The American Jewish "leadership" is duplicating of the 1930s, Narrow, fearful..devoid of character. The common sense of many mainstream Americans sees what Obama is doing. I am ASHAMED of my fellow Jews and especially the cowardly leadership..Bravo Mr Fenenbock.
18. Jewish pundits have gone all Palestinian
Smith ,   TA, Israeal   (05.07.10)
So with roughly 6-months to go to the election Michael Febenbock seriously suggests that the Israeli state throw its lot in with the Republican Party? Even though polls are fickle and won't be accurate until a few days before the election, and even then will be of dubious value (Nick Clegg, anyone?) Doesn't this remind anyone of a certain Palestinian leader who threw his lot in with a certain Iraqi leader only to pay dearly for it politically later on? It certainly does me. If Michael Febenbock is a veteran political consultant then he must be the equivalent of a veteran Italian strategic consult during WW2 because this is terrible advice. The wisest thing Israel can and should do is wait to see where the cards have fallen after the election. The worst thing it could do is wade in now all guns blazing Republican. Even if the Republicans do win this time the Democrats will again sooner or later and they won't forget this. The cost to Israel's standing with America is too great for a such a short-term and limited gain now.
19. Just who really has the last word on a 2 state solution???
Rueben ,   Netanya, Israel   (05.07.10)
For the last 4 or 5 presidents, we here in Israel have listened to the old 'I'll huff, and I'll puff, and I'll blow your little house down" verbage from all the dead heads who stand up before us and beat their chests at us like some kind of gorilla desperate to take control and add on to it's troupe. 60 years have come and gone and not once has anyone ever been successful in dividing our country. There were those who came close. We have had some demented leaders on our side as well. But for all of the bravado & chest beating & display of male testosterone, it boils down to one thing, and one thing only. Hashem will have the final say so as to what happens to Israel. All this other stuff going is no more than static being heard when changing a radio station. It is just an irritating noise. Why do you think no one has been successful all these years? Why do you think that just when the Pals have been given everything they have demanded on a silve platter, they refuse to eat off of that platter? There is a bigger force working behind the scenes at this than is being realized. So try as they might, I choose to sit back and rest in the comfort of knowing that Hashem has an eternal covenant with the land, it's people, and our protection. This is really the core issue that has the Arab world so upset with us. Issac received the blessing, and Ishmael, well all he got were gifts and sent out of the land. All the rest of this stuff is just a side show I watch outside my window as I rock back and forth in my chair and in the comfort and safety of my home. B"H.
20. #9 to Roger
ROwens ,   Randleman,USA   (05.07.10)
My dear misled Roger: Don't you know that the day the USA turns against Israel is the day God will turn against the USA. He's already turning away due to the millions of unborn Americans killed by Americans. He sees their blood and we'd better not add the blood of his chosen people to theirs. America must wake up FAST or die.
21. To #18 Smith
James ,   Toledo Ohio USA   (05.07.10)
And I quote you, " The worst thing it could do is wade in now all guns blazing Republican. Even if the Republicans do win this time the Democrats will again sooner or later and they won't forget this. The cost to Israel's standing with America is too great for a such a short-term and limited gain now." I smell FEAR. That's exactly what the Dems want. They threaten the American public, american business, banks, etc. "We got your number...we won't forget" Grow some godly courage. Take a stand for yourself, your people and what you know God says. We have a bumper sticker here in the US. It says "NO FEAR". Have faith and be strong. The present IslamObama administration wants you to be a fearful cowardly people, dependant on them for your survival. Seems to me the God of Israel says otherwise. And I'm not even a Jew.
22. #6 Roger ur a typical lib....VOMITING HATE.
James ,   Toledo Ohio USA   (05.07.10)
23. ALL POWER TO OBAMA'S OPPOSITION!
Chaim ,   Israel   (05.07.10)
It is increasingly noted in America's independent media that many Americans (quite likely a majority already) feel their nation is under quasi foreign occupation. The Obama regime has no idea what America stands for and, worse, it couldn't care less. Obama is destroying America's economy and trying to turn it into a socialist republic. Freedom of speech is increasingly under attack. Obama bows to Moslem leaders while treating America's allies, especially Israel, with disdain. We are dealing with an utterly despicable president and regime. It is time for right thinking Jews to join tens of millions of Americans who are fighting for freedom from this regime. ALL POWER TO OBAMA'S OPPOSITION!
24. #4 Hess. Most Israelis reject Two State Final Solution.
Chaim ,   Israel   (05.07.10)
Hess, I am an Israeli Jew who strongly, proudly rejects the monstrous Two State Final Solution. So there you have your "exposure". I said it. You know what? The vast majority of Israeli Jews agree with me. That is why the pro Two State Final Solution parties, Labor and Meretz, are being voted out of existence.
25. Obama and Israel
Gene Graczyk ,   Sausalito, CA USA   (05.07.10)
Mr. Fenenbock should know better. There is no tsunami of boiling anger. The Tea Party movement is a creature of Fox and lobbyists with a substantial but very minor block of voters mostly confined to already GOP states. Americans in general recognize that we have a President who is well respected except in North Korea, Venezuela, Iran and...Israel. Nice company, friends. Look to your own state for politics. The haredim/secular split grows worse day by day and Ms. Lipni will make it official soon. You will have trouble enough soon enough and need not involve yourselves with us. Our economy is healing, needed domestic reforms are afoot and our image abroad has improved immensely. We all live in a greater world. Stand alone if you choose. The rest of us have work to do and will not be dictated to by a single political faction in Israel. We have our own problems and interests.
26. Emporer has no cloths
Yoel ,   Ossining, NY   (05.07.10)
#5 James Rest assured James, there are many Jews who do appreciate the support Israel is receiving from Conservative Chritians.
27. Gene Graczyk @ 25, it may be true for Big SF area, but
leo ,   usa   (05.07.10)
certainly not for the rest of the country. Tea Party is true national movement, which does not require money injections to sustain itself. It is comprised of people from all walks of life regardless of race or political party affiliation. Here is the hint for you, nobody is going to waste time and money trying to discredit something so small and so meaningless as you describe it. And lastly, so you get everything in proper perspective, North Korea, Venezuela, Iran and the rest of the world do not vote in POTUS elections. Obama is better worry what I think of him. Get ready to witness "tsunami of boiling anger" first in November of 2010 and then, if Obama still will not get it, again in November of 2012.
28. clothes or money
peter ,   amsterdam NL   (05.07.10)
"The emperor has no clothes". Do you think, Michael Fenenbock, that when you repeat a phrase often enough that it becomes true? May work in speech writing class...
29. #5. Thank You James
Armchair General ,   Wisconsin, USA   (05.08.10)
Many American Jews who care about Israel welcome the friendship of conservative Xtians. You are right, Israel has precious few friends and we can count on you. Don't be too troubled by the use of words like "goyim." It isn't necessarily a pejorative word. For ages it has been used to describe someone who is not a Jew. The Orthodox and ultra-orthodox tend to use it more than the rest of us, but often it used matter-of-factly and not as an insult. Less and less as the years go by.
30. Brilliant Piece! Forwarding to family and friends
