You can NOT take as an excuse for Israeli "acts" [ even if we did it ] that Egyptians murdered refugees . It's not because some act badly that we can act in the same way [ again , if we did it ]
32. Israel started the preemptive killing in 1967

Egypt asked the United Nations to remove the Emergency Force from the border with Israel. U Thant, the Secretary General, had to comply with the request because the force was stationed on Egyptian sovereign territory. But he also decided, on his own hook, to remove the Emergency Force from Sharm-el-Sheikh, which the Egyptians did not request. Rabbis say: “In religious law, we have found that non-Jews are generally suspected of shedding Jewish blood, and in war, this suspicion becomes a great deal stronger. One must consider killing even babies, who have not violated the seven Noahide laws, because of the future danger that will be caused if they are allowed to grow up to be as wicked as their parents.” The Israeli soldiers had the whim and will to murder; don't blame them!

NEWS FLASH: When you start a war, your soldiers are in danger of actually getting killed. Syria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, etc. armies all were guilty of killing Israeli POW's, so even if this report is true, it means nothing. I've heard tanks roll, and I would be very surprised if anyone could hear the sound of bones cracking. Absurd.
34. Likely true but war is never clean or perfect

In war people die, if you bomb a city then women and children die or if soldiers want revenge then they will likely get it. It would be hard to tell from the bodies if they died in battle or killed after if machine gunned down then ran over with tanks unless someone reports it. Most militaries will try and cover it up if they can and 99% of the time the full truth doesn't get out. Who started the 67 war is still abit of a open question, since the Arabs were only doing a show of force moving troops close to their borders but the chance of attack was to great for Israel to sit back and watch. If Israel had waited for an attack then it would likely have lost the war but by attacking before the Arabs were fully ready they won.
35. role of the USS Liberty; by the ship crew

America's most sophisticated intelligence platform, USS Liberty, was less than 13 miles from El Arish. We were close enough to see the town mosque with the naked eye. With binoculars we could make out individual buildings and might have seen the executions if we had looked in the right place. Could our operators have heard voice radio messages revealing these killings? Did senior Israeli officers sanction the murders, or did they learn of them? How would they have reacted to the knowledge that USS Liberty was nearby and might have heard incriminating radio traffic? Would they have been desperate enough to attack an American ship?

Historian Gabby Bron wrote in the Yediot Ahronot that he witnessed Israeli troops executing Egyptian prisoners on the morning of June 8, 1967, in the Sinai town of El Arish. Bron reported that he saw about 150 Egyptian POWs being held at the El Arish airport where they were sitting on the ground, densely crowded together with their hands held on the back of their necks. Every few minutes, Bron writes, Israeli soldiers would escort an Egyptian POW from the group to a hearing conducted by two men in Israeli army uniforms. Then the man would be taken away, given a spade, and forced to dig his own grave. "I watched as (one) man dug a hole for about 15 minutes," Bron wrote. "Afterwards, the (Israeli military) policeman told him to throw the shovel away, and then one of them leveled an Uzi at him and shot two short bursts, each of three or four bullets." Bron says he witnessed about ten such executions, until the grave was filled. Then an Israeli Colonel threatened him with a revolver, forcing him to leave the area. USS Liberty survivor James Ennes, speculated that Israeli forces shot and killed 150 or more Egyptian Prisoners of war at the town of El-Arish while the USS Liberty passed just 12 miles offshore. Maj. Gen. Hassan Al-Gandali said there were a number of Israeli POWs in Egyptian camps in 1973. “We were very much concerned about their welfare, though we were aware of the way the Israelis had dealt with our POWs under their custody,” “As I was the chief of operations, I accompanied Egyptian Defense Minister Musheer Ahmad Ismail to the camp in which Col. Esaf Yagouri and 150 prisoners were kept. On seeing us the prisoners looked so terrified as they seemed to think that we were going to send them to the firing squad in return for what Israel had done to the Egyptian POWs in the past. On the other hand, Musheer told them that he did not blame them for obeying the orders of their superiors though it was to occupy a territory belonging to another country. ‘However, you will be treated in line with the Geneva Conventions. So you have nothing to worry about,’ Musheer said.

Here are some articles which prove that Israel did kill Egyptian POW's during the '67 war: http://www.time.com/time/international/1995/951002/middleeast.html or haw about this one: http://edition.cnn.com/WORLD/9509/mass_graves/ And finally a report from Israeli who were there at tyhe time: http://www.umassd.edu/specialprograms/mideastaffairs/witness2.htm You see, the only people who deny mass graves and the murder of unarmed civilians and POW's are Israeli apologists for whom facts nean nothing. So, these are the facts, now are you going to continue to deny them?
38. mikesailor , it were palestinian terrorists
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (05.07.10)
not Egyptian POW's . A big difference . As for another "fact" , they could NOT allow those "prisoners" to stay there , or could not take them with them . It was a necessary war act . But no names of those "victims" , no search by the red cross for Egyptian MIA"s , did'nt hear or see any .

Are you really that dense, or does your 'belief' negate all facts. Try to read this again, if you can actually read: http://www.umassd.edu/specialprograms/mideastaffairs/witness2.htm
