1. Logic demands that these men are innocent
Chris   (05.07.10)
Anyone who is religious and prays like those men pray can not be guilty.
2. # 1 incorrect
Robin ,   TA   (05.07.10)
"Anyone who is religious and prays like those men pray can not be guilty." Unless he is a Muslim. Then he is guilty automatically.
3. #1 Chris
israeli   (05.07.10)
Nonsense Chris. You wont know it from abroad but within Israel we know of the "tzach-tzach" element within some of the religeous segments. Its not a reflection of the whole but we know of many criminals with violent pasts that take to religion within prison to get a lighter sentence but are still violent low ideal individuals. Sorry to say just wearing the garb and looking religeous doesnt vouch the truth of the man. Alas there are many many such fakes within this community. I dont know the individuals of this case but it wouldnt suprise me that these things will happen.
4. y is it that all self proclaimed rabbis R abusers?!
(05.07.10)
What's up with that? Why isn't there an official licensing agency for Rabbis? Why aren't they registered at the Rabbinate? What is the story here?
5. # 1 Chris Yeah sure....
Wallace Brenden ,   Toronto, Canada   (05.07.10)
Yeah sure they pray so hard we know that they pray not to get caught etc.
6. Robin # 2 You are a complete ...
William Waxman ,   Usa, Florida   (05.07.10)
You are complete with double standards, as long as it suits your interests no matter how evil and none kosher they are, then it has your stamp of approval. You create hatred for Jewery amongst the Goy population.
7.  Number Three Israeli
Baruch Stein ,   New York   (05.07.10)
You are so right about all you wrote and your claim of not being surprised if. I was a police officer in Jerusalem for 11 years and recently moved back to New York. I worked for 6 years with the crime unit and if the world only knew what goes on at these Yeshivas they wouldn't donate a red cent. North American students that join these places not all but too many of them are involved with drugs, violent crime and have double standards like those that call these self proclaimed Rabbis innocent. Too many Israeli Criminals wear black skull caps but behave like animals. It is a money making business so many start the Mickey mouse Yeshiva operations and some have big wig names in the press too.
8. .4 Yes there are officials
Moshe` Cribb ,   Tourist, Israel   (05.07.10)
Yes there are officials in Israel but those offices are corrupt mostly and if you want a teudat kashrus then you can have one for the right price even if you are not kosher. I have family in Israel they own fast food chains and i have seen what goes on so no fooling me bud.
9. Changes due to religion
Robert Haymond ,   Israel/Canada   (05.07.10)
In Canada, prisons of full of "changed" individuals, people who have found a new life in Jesus, Native Indians who go back to the "old ways", etc. Although such real changes do occur, they should always be looked upon with skepticism as often they (religious changes) are maintained only until the prisoner is released from custody.
