going to do about those who systematically attempt to undermine Israel's security yet at the same time benefit from its benefits made available to all, Arab and Jew alike? Isn't it time we demanded that all citizens serve either in the IDF, Police or National Service? Isn't it time we insist that all citizens express their loyalty to the state in which they are citizens and act in such a way in school, in public institutions and on the street? It is time to demand loyalty before from each citizen, Jews, Arabs and others!

17. To: No. 7
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.10.10)
You pays your money, you takes your chances. Did you know that under Israeli law, treason is punishable by death? One of only two crimes which carry the death penalty. Were I the prosecutor, I would argue strongly for a charge of treason, not espionage. It is time to send a lesson that fifth columnists giving aid and comfort and information to Israel's implacable foes will not be tolerated.
18. Fitting punishments should include...
Agent 007.5   (05.10.10)
Fitting punishments (to deter other Israeli Arabs) should include: - Confiscatiion or freezing indefinitely all his assets including, land, bank accounts, etc - Losing Israeli citizenship (including all members of immediate family), such traitor scums can remain stateless in Israel or leave - Immediate freeze on all public assistance programs to him and his family - Jail time, once released he remains stateless in Israel or he can leave Israel - Once he leaves Israel he is blacklisted and never allowed in Common ISRAEL, PASS SOME LAWS WITH TEETH IN THEM!!!
19. :: Sarah B - #17 - Actually...
Matty Groves ,   Fairport   (05.10.10)
Actually under Israeli law there are FOUR ‘crimes’ that are punishable by the death penalty: 1) Treason (in wartime) 2) War crimes 3) Crimes against Humanity 4) Crimes against the Jewish People I only mention this in case anyone actually believes Sarah B anymore. Hey Sarah B do you still think that France is ‘officially a Catholic nation’ eh?!
20. To: No. 19
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.10.10)
"War crimes" covers crimes against humanity and crimes against the Jewish people. You need to get a hobby, "Matty." And a life.
21. #19 - #3 and #4 are the same thing
William ,   Israel   (05.10.10)
22. #7 - eventually, Arab hearts are shown
William ,   Israel   (05.10.10)
That is, after they receive the subsidized education, healthcare, and social benefits in Israel.
23. :: Sarah B - #20
Matty Groves ,   Fairport   (05.10.10)
<"War crimes" covers crimes against humanity and crimes against the Jewish people> You just keep putting your foot in it don't you? A 'war crime' can be for example the killing of a POW (ie: a single person). 'Crimes against humanity' generally refers to a government policy of systematic practice of atrocities directed towards a group of people. I would also add that 'Crimes against humanity' can take place *outside* the realm of warfare eg; Slavery. Either way like I said under Israeli law there are more than two crimes that are punishable by capital punishment. Sarah B would you not consider doing a part time evening course on International Law for dummies?
24. Weak - Sounds like Harrasing an Arab oppostion figure.
Anonymous ,   TX, USA   (05.10.10)
So he is being charged for espionnage because he talked to Mr. X, who happen to have a friend Mr. Y, who in turn is knows a Hizbullah contact??? Gee...Is the basis for charging someone for treason nowadays in Israel... Sounds more like a concocted charge to get him to shut up...He must have really irritated someone.
