Read the CRS Report to Congress 2005, on the subject of Palestinian education and textbooks. Basically, the report says that there is no direct incitement in Palestinian schoolbooks compared with the schoolbooks during Arafat's time. Before you spout nonsense, do some reading. The CRS examines 4 different reports and only one of them, the Center for Monitoring the Impact of Peace, finds anything critical to say about the textbooks. Yet the report itself notes that CMIP is regarded as anti-Palestinian. Do your research, then comment.
