I strongly suspect that when the racist building freeze ends in Judea and Samaria, Bibi will come up with one or more excuses to extend it. My reading of it is the same-- he intentionally omitted the most important statement, and gave assurances that deceived a possibly gullible audience into thinking that he didn't. In any case I don't think it matters much what he did or didn't say on this occasion, since he already outright admitted to viewing Arab East Jerusalem as "up for discussion" in a Hebrew television interview a few weeks ago, and previously described Arab neighborhoods as "Palestinian" a few weeks prior to that on Good Morning America-- in a change of vocabulary that no one seemed to recognize. Now it is up to people like you and me-- people who see the situation as we do and who are disgusted and rightly alarmed by it-- to wake people up from their slumber before it is too late (if it isn't already).
