1. Russia
Dave ,   Bs.Aires-Argentina   (05.13.10)
It seems that the russians forgot the attacks of the Islamic Terrorism in their cities. - Putin and his gang don't miss an opportunity to stab in the back the State of Israel. They follow their old roots of deep anti-semitism of the russian people, from the Tzars through Stalin, to the present day. - What a bunch of hypocrites they are ! ! - Israel should not forget the behavior of Russia regarding the Jews through the entire History ! !
2. Chechen rebels recognized by PFJ and JPF
Brian Cohen ,   Judean Peoples Front   (05.13.10)
Even those splitters in the Peoples Front of Judea recognize that Russia has to immediately negotiate with the Chechen rebels. We've said for years that killing all those Russian civilians was simply their "legitimate right to resist the occupation" of Chechnya by Russia. We, the JPF, support the call for Medvedev to immediately open talks with the Chechen terrori... freedom fightrers.

4. We must withdraw our Ambassador to Moscow!
David ,   Karmiel, Israel   (05.13.10)
President Peres, PM Netanyahu and FM Lieberman have wasted Tax Payers money in their recent trips to Russia. The Russian Federation is openly pro-Arab as was the USSR. The correct thing to do would be to remind Russia about its human rights abuses in Chechnya which made our Gaza Op look like child's play and remind President Medvedev that his friends the Turks are committing atrocities against the Kurds. Further, if both Russia and Turkey was a Palestinian State, why don't they get their own houses in order and give the Chechnyans and the Kurds their independence? Israel should also recognize the Armenian Genocide and stop flights to Turkey and Antalya in particular. If Israelis want to visit a country where there is so much hatred against Israel, let them fly to Cyprus and from there to Turkey!
6. Chechen Terrorists
Rich from Boston ,   Boston USA   (05.13.10)
The US and Israel should engage in direct talks with the Chechen butchers of the children in the seized school. Lets see how Putin reacts?
7. To # 2 Bryan
Dave ,   Bs.Aires-Argentina   (05.13.10)
I've got it ! ! Very good ironic post, it has a lot of fine sarcasm ! ! BRAVO BRYAN COHEN ! !
8. Russia is right. Hamas terrorists same as Fatah terrorists.
Chaim ,   Israel   (05.13.10)
Israel's government may pretend that Fatah terrorists are good and Hamas terrorists are bad. However, Russia isn't going along with the fiction. If Israel talks to Fatah terrorists, there is no reason not to talk to Hamas terrorists. They are all the same. Of course, the SANE thing is for Israel not to talk to ANY terrorists.
9. no. 8 same as Israelis in 1920s?
Ann ,   UK   (05.13.10)
10. a significant number of
Ilana   (05.13.10)
palestinians and other muslims support , trust and sympathize with Al Qaeda. So meet with them also. A significant number of human beings, including Palestinians, do not trust, support or sympathize with Hamas.
11. Hitler also supported by all German population
Mark Bernadiner ,   Pearland, TX   (05.13.10)
Lets analyze the Quartet: EU has centuries history of occupation of every continent - Australia, America, New Zeeland; Britain still occupies Falklands and Gibraltar; Russia – occupies Germany Eastern Prussia and Japan’s Kurilas after WWII; America occupies American Indian land; UN – notorious islamofascist organization from top to bottom. No surprise that Quartet contacts and supports Hamas, Hezbullah, Iran.
12. Why wont the Saudis talk to Israel then?
Igor ,   NYC USA   (05.14.10)
Israel is a democratically elected government, why wont the Saudis talk to Israel? Maybe Russie could help with that. And lets invite the Kurds and Armenians to any talks the Turks will host.
13. #9 You forgot one to mention one thing,....
Mark ,   Lodz, Poland   (05.14.10)
Anne from the UK. The Brits were mandated by the League of Nations to create a homeland for the Jews. They reneged and we're in this mess to day, mainly thanks to them. We didn't target civilians and due to your lack of honour, had a hard core case to ease you out. http://ctstv.com/ontario/player.php?ctsvidID=17133&show=On
14. Russia spurns...
Golestan ,   Penticton Canada   (05.14.10)
It is typical for both, Israel and The US, that they feel that everybody should act to support their agenda. Russia is a sovereign country and therefore can talk to whomever they please.
15. #14 You Are RIGHT
Sam ,   New Zealand   (05.14.10)
Therefore, Israel and USA should visit the Chechen and build a great relationship. And praise the Chechen terror that killed school chidren in Beslan.. And dont forget Israel is a sovereign country, she can talk to whomever she wants. She now can invite the Aremenians who had been buchered by the Otoman and helped them to get an apology from the Turkish government. I use your line of thought and it sounds good to me...
16. #9 Ann. Not remotely the same as Israel in 1920s.
Chaim ,   Israel   (05.14.10)
#9 Ann. The Jewish liberation groups such as Haganah and Irgun did not deliberately target civilians. They were soldiers. Not terrorists. Moreover, their motives were completely different. They fought for a Jewish Homeland for Jews fleeing Nazi mass murder. Not to create a 23rd Jewish state for the heck of it. The Haganah and Irgun had NOTHING in common with Fatah, Hamas and the PA.
17. havent Jews learned anything yet.
Jew from OZ ,   SYd, OZ   (05.14.10)
Im so supprised how us Jews have not waken up yet. We seem to be so arragant and only see our own vews. Why do you think the world has been against us our whole existance????? Because we are ??????? Wake up fellow Jews, WAKE UP. WE ARE TO BLAME, our ways are inconsiderate of everyone else. Have you ever heard a JEW talk with consideratoin of anyone besides thereself???? Probably not.. We are amongst the worse through all time.
18. The US never radified the A Mandates or joined the LON
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (05.14.10)
While the United Nations agreed to honor the League of Nations works it is still a very gray area in International law. Many countries had withdrawn from the LONs in the early 30's like Germany and Japan, with many never joining like the US.
19. # 18 Bloodyscot
Moussa ,   US   (05.14.10)
In 1924 the US Senate ratified the Anglo-american Treaty of 1924 and Pres W. Harding signed it into law; it remains the law of US to now. That international agreement states the Jews have right to 'closely settle' the land between Jordan River and Med Sea.
20. a jewish state
paul bass ,   new york   (05.14.10)
so that the jewish people will have somewhere to go that is safe if they have no choice.... correct? well then iits probably a good idea to keep picking fights with russia
21. #15
Andor ,   USA   (05.15.10)
You forgot to mention that the US just few days ago AGAIN refused to put the Chechen bandits on its terrorist list. You forgot to mention that there is a CIA funded Jamestown Foundation that harbors the Chechen terrorists on American soil. So, go ahead, make my day, GO and visit the Chechen bandits. But don't ask Russia to save your hide when they will cut your throat.
