2. A horrible judge - I know from experience
Yitzchak ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (05.17.10)
This judge was the judge that presided over my divorce 10 years ago. I was told and saw with my own eyes that he is "anti-father". It doesn't matter if you're gay or straight, religious or secular - his attitude is "YOU ARE THE FATHER, YOU ARE BAD AND YOU ARE WRONG!!!" He definitely has some childhood issues with his own father that he takes out on any father in the family court system. And nobody seems to be able to stop him. And this is called "justice".
3. state to allow
debbie ,   israel   (05.17.10)
TO NO. 2, ITZCHAK If this is the case, this is a really bad thing. It upsets me to know that a person's fate and whole future can dangle in the hands of an unfair or biased judge. Although I have two friends who's cases also had judges like this, although they were totally different kinds of cases. Is there not anyone else to turn to? I don't know the details of the story, but it seems unfair that this man is not allowed to return to Israel with his two babies. Where is the surrogate mother in this issue?
4. #3 Debbie from #2 Yitzchak
Yitzchak ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (05.18.10)
Although I am vehemently opposed to homosexuality, I am equally opposed to "injustice" and unfair judges. Only a "command" from this boss (his human boss - not the boss in heaven) got this UNFAIR judge to change his mind. What is laughable is that this judge is religious, but does NOT act according to the precepts of religion.
5. The only way to propagate toeivah

Is to allow what the Torah and evolution disallow. "I tell you it will be easier for the land of Sedom in the day of adjudication -of-Halakhah than for you," NHM 11:24.
